2012-13: During the fall, won the Three Stripe Invitational with a personal-best time of 18:03 for 5K … was named ACC Women’s Cross Country Performer of the Week for her performance … took ninth at the season-opening Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational, clocking 14:32.49 on the 4K course … named the women’s cross country team’s most improved upperclassman at the conclusion of the season ... Indoors, earned First-Team All-America honors by finishing sixth in the women’s 800 at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, clocking a school record time of 2:04.52…earned the ACC indoor title in the same event by clocking a time of 2:06.57…earned Second-Team All-America honors by running the 800 meter leg of the distance medley relay that finished ninth overall…the squad broke the school record in the event by combining for a time of 11:01.50 at the Alex Wilson Invitational March 1 in South Bend, Ind...Outdoors, earned First Team All-America honors in the women's 800 after finishing seventh in the event...broke the Duke school record in the NCAA finals by crossing the line in 2:02.48...qualified in the 800 meters for the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:05.76 to finish second in her heat and fifth overall…earned her first ACC Outdoor Championship title in the women’s 800 crossing the line in 2:06.10…also serves as a member of the ACC silver medal 4x400 relay team that broke the school record and qualified for the NCAA First Round with a time of 3:37.75...competed in her first USA National Championship and finished 15th overall, clocking a time of 2:03.07 in the semifinal competition...excelled in the classroom to earn All-ACC Academic honors...recipient of the ACC postgraduate scholarship.
2011-12: Opened the fall by winning the N.C. Central Dual with a time of 14:58 for 4K...also competed at the Three Stripe Red Shirt Invitational, clocking 19:40 over 5K...did not compete during the indoor season...outdoors, earned Duke's top performances in the 800m with her best performance coming at the NCAA First Round where she finished ninth with a time of 2:06.53 to qualify for the NCAA Championships...finished fifth at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the same event with a time of 2:07.71...member of the school record breaking 4x400m relay team that finished third in the ECAC preliminary round with a time of 3:40.63, earning All-East honors...earned a spot on the Indoor and Outdoor All-ACC Academic teams, as well as the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
2010-11: Indoors, the 800m specialist won the Virginia Tech Challenge with a personal-best 2:08.29, which also ranks as the No. 4 performance at Duke...clocked 2:09.99 to finish eighth at the ACC Indoor Championships...helped rewrite Duke's record books as a member of the indoor 4x400m, 4x800m and DMR squads...anchored the seventh-place 4x400 relay at the ACC Indoor Championships which set a program record at 3:43.88...also helped the Blue Devils take first in the 4x800m relay at the Hokie Invitational...that squad posted a time of 8:42.54 which ranks first on Duke's all-time charts...ran the third leg of the third-place DMR squad at the Armory Collegiate, which posted the No. all-time program performance at 11:06.85...helped lead the DMR team to an 11th-place showing at the NCAA Championships, earning second team All-America honors (11:23.27)...capped a standout outdoor season with an eighth-place finish in the 800m at the NCAA Championships, posting a time of 2:06.83 to capture first team All-America accolades...best performance of the season was a 2:04.79 clocking in the preliminaries of the NCAA Championships...that also ranks as the No. 2 performance at Duke...earned All-East honors with a second-place showing at the ECAC Championships, running 2:05.32...finished fifth at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:06.62...member of the Duke 4x400m relay that finished eighth at the ACC Outdoor Championships in 3:44.96, which ranks second on the program's all-time list...ran the third leg of the winning 4x800m relay at the Penn Relays...that squad clocked a time of 8:25.95 for the No. 1 performance at Duke...also set a program record as a member of Duke's DMR squad, which ran 11:02.01 to finish fourth at the Penn Relays. 2009-10: Indoors, finished fourth at the ACC Championships after clocking a personal-best 2:09.31 for 800m, also the No. 5 all-time performance at Duke...ran on the 4x400m relay at the VT Challenge which clocked 3:49.23, the No. 3 Duke performance...member of the Duke 4x800m relay team that placed second at the Armory Collegiate in 8:51.96, the No. 2 performance at Duke...outdoors, ran 55.42 for 400m at the Georgia Tech Invite for the No. 3 Duke performance...finished fourth at the conference championships in the 800m, clocking 2:08.92...won the Duke Twilight 800m in 2:07.23...qualified for the NCAA First Round, where she ran a personal-best 2:05.81 for the No. Duke performance...member of the Duke 4x800m relay that set the school record (8:33.37) at the Penn Relays on Apr. 24...named Duke Top Track Performer at the annual banquet.
2008-09: In cross country she covered the 5K course at the Wolfpack Invitational in 20:26 to finish 28th overall...broke the school record in the indoor 500m as only a freshman and qualified for ECACs, clocking 1:13.63 to win the Terrier Classic...qualified for the Indoor ECAC Championships in the 800m three times...had three of the team's four best 800m runs indoors, her highest finish at third-place outing at the VT Challenge in 2:13.22...anchored Duke's third-place 4x400m relay team at the Terrier Classic that notched the ECAC time of 3:48.23...third leg of Duke's DMR that was an NCAA Regional qualifier with a total time of 11:29.57 and took eighth at the Armory Collegiate...second leg of third-place DMR at the Terrier Classic...did not compete outdoors.
Prior to Duke: 2008 USATF Junior Champion in the 800m...won the Missouri state championship for the same event in 2007...holds the Class-3 record...2008 state runner-up in the 1,600m.
