Honors: ACC Academic Honor Roll (2013, 2014)
2013-14: Competed five times during the fall…opened the season with a personal-best 5K time of 17:57.0 at the adidas XC Challenge (9/20)…won the Three Stripe Invitational (11/9), helping guide the Blue Devils to a first-place team finish…clocked a personal-best 6K time of 22:05 at the Wisconsin Invitational (10/19)…saw a breakout sophomore campaign on the track…Indoors, qualified for the ACC Indoor Championships (2/28) in the mile, placing 13th in the preliminary round with a converted time of 4:47.99…clocked a personal-best mile time of 4:49.69 at the Iowa State Classic (2/15)…opened the indoor season with a third-place finish in the mile at the Dick Taylor Challenge (1/24)…anchored the second-place finishing 4x800 relay at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet (2/8)…Outdoors, qualified for the ACC Outdoor Championships (4/18) in the 1,500, placing 14th in the preliminary round…also qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round (5/30) for the first time in her career, placing 37th overall in the 1,500…saw personal-best times in the 800 (2:13.19), 1,500 (4:24.28) and the 3,000 (9:37.70) during the season.
2012-13: Did not compete during the fall...Indoors, the middle distance specialist focused on the mile run where her season-best time of 5:00.26 to finish 17th at the Armory Collegiate…later in the season ran a time of 5:00.72 to finish 12th overall in the ACC Indoor Championships…also finished 22nd in the 3,000 at the conference championships with a time of 10:04.71…did not compete during the outdoor season.
Prior to Duke: Completed prep career at Belchertown High School...state champion in the mile as a senior...two-time Western Massachusetts Division I champion in the 800m and 3,200m outdoors...also captured two Western Massachusetts divisional titles in the mile...led her cross country squad to a fourth-place finish in the state her senior year...won the mile at the New Balance Falmouth Road Race as a senior...also competed at the New Balance Nationals Outdoor her final year, taking fourth in the emerging elite mile event...member of The Republican's all-scholastic first team all four years in cross country...also lettered two years in swimming...placed 12th in the state in the 100m backstroke as a freshman and sophomore...member of the National Art Honor Society...graduated as class valedictorian.
