Pathman, who is a product of Durham, N.C., competed in 16 matches for the Blue Devils, after missing the first seven contests traveling with the United States U-20 Women’s National Team in Japan for the World Cup.  Pathman and the U-20 team won the World Cup title with a 1-0 victory over Germany.

A 5-4 forward/defender for the Blue Devils, Pathman registered one goal and six assists for Duke in 2012 for a total of eight points.  She is a psychology major with a 3.88 grade-point average.

A native of Boca Raton, Fla., Weinberg earned second team honors after registering 16 goals, 12 assists and a school-record 44 points on the year.  Her 16 goals were tied for a team high and was a career high, while ranking tied for second on Duke’s single-season chart.

Weinberg also notched five game-winning goals and registered eight of her 16 goals against ACC opponents.  Over her career, Weinberg has scored 34 goals and posted 86 points to rank tied for fourth and fifth, respectively, on Duke’s career lists.  She is a sociology and history major with a 3.53 grade-point average.

Duke (15-6-2) advanced to the NCAA Elite Eight for the second straight year and the fourth time out of the last six years, before falling, 1-0, at top-seeded Penn State.
