ADA Ticket Fraud

Ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability.  Duke Athletics reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets, or ejection.

Alcohol

It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices are available on game day for those in need.  Guests needing assistive listening devices should contact a stadium official and ask them contact Game Operations with their seat location.  Once the request is received, Game Operations will deliver the device to the guest at his/her seat.

Banners and Signs


Banners and Signs are permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium, however Duke reserves the right to prohibit or require the cessation of any display of a banner or sign that obstructs the view of other fans, obscures stadium signage, can be considered an advertisement, or is determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate, or derogatory.

Basketball Museum and Sports Hall of Fame

The Duke Basketball Museum and Athletics Hall of Fame is open to the general public from Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  The area is also open on Women’s Basketball game days beginning at 9:00 AM on weekdays and five (5) hours prior to tip-off or 9:00 AM, whichever is later, on weekends.  The area closes on game days one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes prior to tip-off and becomes a general public ticketed entrance one (1) hour prior to tip-off.

The Duke Basketball Museum and Athletics Hall of Fame is located on the 2nd floor of the Schwartz-Butters Athletic Building.  Guests wishing to visit the Museum should enter the Schwartz-Butters Athletic Building from the north side of Cameron Indoor Stadium (K-Ville side) via the stairwell or from the breezeway on the west side of Cameron Indoor Stadium between Cameron Indoor Stadium and the Krzyzewski Center.

BB&T ATM Machine

There are no ATM machines inside Cameron Indoor Stadium.  The BB&T ATM is located just outside the south entrance doors of Cameron Indoor Stadium (Wallace Wade Stadium side) and will be accessible 24-7.  The ATM only dispenses cash ($20 increments) and does not take deposits. To access the ATM machine after entering Cameron Indoor Stadium, please see the stadium staff posted in the South Lobby.

Blue Devil IMG Sports Network (Radio)

Fans can listen to all the action on the Blue Devil IMG Sports Network or worldwide on Duke Inside Access. Check out a complete list of affiliates of the Blue Devil IMG Sports Network.

Bull City Connector

The Bull City Connector is a fare-free, hybrid-electric bus service that connects downtown Durham with the Duke University campus. The route provides direct access to Duke and includes stops along Main Street and Erwin Road. The service also includes a stop at Durham Station, the city's transportation hub with public bus service and within walking distance of the American Tobacco Campus and the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The Bull City Connector is also ideal for bicyclists, who can ride to a Connector stop and take their bike to campus by using a bike rack on the front of the bus.

The easiest way to get to games using the Bull City Connector is to get off at Duke Hospital South on Trent Road. Once you get off at Duke Hospital South, walk on the sidewalk down Flowers Drive. Cut up to the West Campus Quad. Walk all the way down the Quad until you reach Towerview Drive. Cross Towerview Drive and follow the sidewalk to the Cameron Indoor Stadium, which will be on your right. Click here for a map to show you where to go.

Camera Policy

Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only.  No cameras with a lens longer than four (4) inches are permitted into Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Flash photography is not permitted at any time inside Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Video cameras are permitted to be used during pre-game and halftime only. Video cameras are prohibited from filming the game.

Children’s Ticket Policy

Children under two (2) years of age do not need a ticket to enter Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Children must be accompanied by a ticketed guardian and must be seated on a guardian’s lap and not interfere with the sightlines of other guests.

Concessions

A great variety of food items and Coca-Cola products are available from the concession stands located throughout Cameron Indoor Stadium, operated by Blue Devil Concessions.  Concessions stand are located on the lower level in the North Lobby behind Section 18 and on the upper level on the west side in stand #203.  An accessible concessions window is located at the stand in the North Lobby.  Additional stands may be open depending on the game.  All concession stands accept credit/debit cards.  Concession stands open when doors open to Cameron Indoor Stadium one (1) hour prior to tip-off.

Conduct

Duke Athletics expects all fans to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times before, during, and after the competition.  We expect all guests to treat other fans, players, coaches and officials with courtesy.  Please join us in creating a fun, safe, family atmosphere at Cameron Indoor Stadium by not:
  • Interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the game;
  • Using/displaying foul or abusive language or gestures;
  • Appearing to be intoxicated or in a diminished capacity;
  • Failure to produce a ticket upon request or sitting in a seat that does not match your ticket;
  • Entering the competition or restricted access areas;
  • Smoking except in designated areas;
  • Throwing objects onto the court or within the stadium; or
  • Otherwise being disorderly.
Guests should contact a stadium official or police officer if they feel someone is not acting appropriately.  Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest.  Repeated offenses will result in the loss of season or student ticket privileges.  To report game day problems, unruly fans, or suspicious activity:

Disability Services Information
Please find below a list of disability services currently provided at Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Prior to game day, please feel free to reach out to our disabilities coordinators at 919-668-1329 to help make arrangements for your visit or if you have any special needs, questions, or concerns regarding our accessibility and accommodations.

General Public Parking for Persons with Disabilities - is available in the Science Drive Visitor’s Lot located off of Science Drive.  The lot opens two (2) hours prior to tip-off on game day.  Science Drive can be accessed via NC 751 or Towerview Drive.  An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for persons with disabilities is available on Whitford Drive in front of Cameron Indoor Stadium.
   
Iron Duke Parking for Persons with Disabilities - is available in the Whitford Drive Lot.  The lot opens three (3) hours prior to tip-off on game day.  Iron Dukes that need access to this lot should contact the Iron Duke Office at 919-613-7575 to acquire a parking permit before game day.  An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for persons with disabilities is available on Whitford Drive in front of Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Accessible Lift-Equipped Van - An accessible lift-equipped van will be available as needed for guests needing wheelchair lift assistance.  Please notify a parking lot attendant upon arrival to request van service.

Accessible Entrance – is located at the top of the accessible ramp at the South Entrance of Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Seating for Persons with Disabilities (General Public and Iron Dukes) – A limited number of accessible seats are available in Cameron Indoor Stadium.  All special accommodations for accessible seating for Iron Dukes and the General Public must be made in advance of game day by contacting the Duke Ticket Office at 919-681-2583.  Special accommodations will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis prior to game day.  No special accommodations or ticket exchanges will be allowed on game day.  Reservations for accessible seating will end at 4:30 PM on the business day prior to game day.  Please note that for Sunday games, reservations for accessible seating will end at 4:30 PM on Friday prior to game day.

Seating for Persons with Disabilities (Duke University Undergraduate & Graduate Students) – A limited number of accessible seats are available in Cameron Indoor Stadium.  All special accommodations for accessible seating for Duke University Undergraduate and Graduate Students must be made in advance of game day by contacting the Duke Disability Management Office at 919-668-6213.  Special accommodations will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis prior to game day.  No special accommodations or ticket exchanges will be allowed on game day.  Reservations for accessible seating for students will end at 4:00 PM three (3) days prior to game day.

Accessible Ticket Office Window – is located at the door on the far left of the Ticket Office in the South Lobby of Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Directional signage will be posted in the lobby. Please knock for assistance.

Assistive Listening Devices - Assistive listening devices are available on game day for those in need. Guests needing assistive listening devices should contact stadium staff and ask them to contact Game Operations with their seat location.  Once the request is received, Game Operations will deliver the device to the guest at their seat.

Accessible Concessions Window – is located on the lower level in the North Lobby behind Section 18. When looking at the concessions stand, the accessible window is located at the door on the far right of the stand. Directional signage will be posted in the lobby.

Accessible Restrooms for Persons with Disabilities – All men's and women's restrooms are accessible for persons with disabilities.  Men’s Restrooms are located behind Sections 1 and 9 on the upper level and on the lower level and in the North Lobby behind Section 18.  Women’s Restrooms are located behind Sections 4 and 12 on the upper level and on the lower level in the southwest corner between Sections 17 and 20.

Family Restroom - is located on the lower level of Cameron Indoor Stadium in the southeast corner between Sections 19 and 20 near the Marketing offices (Room 111T).  The restroom is accessible for persons with disabilities, unisex and provides a changing table for families with small children.

Emergency or Severe Weather Evacuation Procedures - If an emergency or severe weather evacuation were activated, stadium event staff and ushers will be available to assist persons with disabilities who request assistance in exiting the stadium or seeking safe shelter.

Doors (Entrance into stadium)

All guests’ purses, bags, and strollers are subject to search upon entering Cameron Indoor Stadium on game day. For more information on what is allowed in Cameron Indoor Stadium on game day, please see Prohibited Items section below in this guide.  Please read carefully below to identify the proper entrance into Cameron Indoor Stadium and note the entrance opening times and other information relative to that entrance. 

Media Will Call Entrance - The media will call entrance doors to Cameron Indoor Stadium are located at the South Entrance (Wallace Wade Stadium side) and open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.  Entrance is ADA accessible.

Undergraduate & Graduate Student Entrance - The undergraduate student entrance doors are located at the North Entrance (K-Ville side) of Cameron Indoor Stadium and open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.  Entrance is ADA accessible.

Duke Player/Guest Entrance - The Duke Player/Guest entrance doors are located at the far left doors of the South Entrance (Wallace Wade Stadium side) to Cameron Indoor Stadium and open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.  Entrance is ADA accessible.  

Visiting Team Player/Guest Entrance – The Visiting Team Player/Guest entrance doors are located at the South Entrance (Wallace Wade Stadium side) to Cameron Indoor Stadium and open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.  Entrance is ADA accessible.

General Public Entrances – There are several general public entrance doors to Cameron Indoor Stadium listed below.  All general public entrances open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.

•    South Entrance Doors (Wallace Wade Stadium Side – lower level entrance) – Entrance is ADA accessible to lower level seating area.
•    Northeast Entrance Doors (Card Gym side by Duke Team Store Entrance – lower level entrance) – Entrance in not ADA accessible.
•    South Hall of Honor Entrance Doors (Krzyzewski Center side - upper level entrance) – Entrance is ADA accessible but there is no ADA access to lower level from upper level.
•    Duke Basketball Museum and Athletics Hall of Fame Breezeway Entrance Doors (Between Cameron Indoor Stadium and Krzyzewski Center – upper level entrance) – Entrance is ADA accessible but there is no ADA access to lower level from upper level.
•    Duke Basketball Museum and Athletics Hall of Fame K-Ville Entrance Doors (K-Ville Side at top of Stairs – upper level entrance) – Entrance is ADA accessible but there is no ADA access to lower level from upper level.

Emergency Preparedness
•    During any emergency inside the stadium, follow the directions of the PA announcer, event staff and emergency responders.  
•    Always designate a pre-determined location both inside and outside the stadium to meet friends and family in case you get separated or in the event of an emergency.
•    Upon arriving at your seat location, first find the nearest exit and then locate an alternate exit in case of emergency.
•    If you see or become aware of any activity that is unusual, suspicious or causes you concern, report the activity to the nearest police officer or event staff.  
•    Emergency vehicles may be present in and around the stadium.  Please do not obstruct the path of travel of an emergency vehicle or interfere with any of their operations.  Vehicles blocking emergency vehicles, exits, or traffic are subject to being towed at the owner's expense.  Please do not obstruct any exits or exit pathways.
•    Monitor the weather prior to the game.  Take the necessary precautions to protect your family and friends should severe weather be encountered before, during, or after the game.  In the event of severe weather during the game, please be prepared to evacuate the stadium and return to your car.  For more information, please see Severe Weather Procedures below. 

Entertainment

First Aid/Emergency Medical Assistance

First Aid/EMS services are provided through a partnership with Duke Pre-Hospital and Disaster Medicine, Durham County EMS, and Duke EMS.  For first aid and emergency medical services, please visit the designated areas located in the northwest corner on the lower level between Sections 17 and 18 and on the upper level in the Hall of Honor behind Section 13.  In case of emergency, please contact the nearest stadium official or police officer for assistance or call Duke Police at 919-684-2444 or call 9-1-1.  AEDs are available in both locations.

Food and Beverage

Outside food and beverage are prohibited.  (Exception: Medical reasons, including pregnancy)

Lost and Found

If any article is lost or found in the stadium, please inquire about or report the item to the Game Day Manager located in the southeast corner of the Stadium.  Items turned in during the game will be dropped off to the Game Day Manager.  All lost and found items not picked up prior to the end of the game will be available for pick-up the following business day by calling 919-668-5658 to inquire about lost item(s).

Merchandise

Be sure to show your Duke Pride by purchasing officially-licensed Duke souvenirs at the Duke Stores Merchandise stands located on the upper level concourse by Section 13. The Duke Merchandise stands open when doors open to Cameron Indoor Stadium one (1) hour prior to tip-off. The Nike Duke Team Store, located in Card Gym adjacent to the east side of Cameron Indoor Stadium, is also open on game days for your shopping convenience.  Store hours can be found by visiting the Duke Stores website at http://www.dukestores.duke.edu/hours/regular.php.  The Duke Team Store is open on all game days until one (1) hour post-game.

Parking Hours

•    Iron Duke Parking Lots – will open three (3) hours prior to tip-off.

Parking Pricing

•    There is no charge to park in General Public Parking in the Blue Zone, Chemistry, Small Circuit, and Large Circuit Lots on women’s basketball game days.

•    General Public Parking in Parking Garage IV (PG4) is available on women’s basketball game days for $5 (cash only).
•    There is no charge to park in the RV/OV and Bus Parking Lot on women’s basketball game days.

Parking Rules and Regulations

•    Parking passes are non-transferable and cannot be duplicated for any reason.
•    Parking passes cannot be combined to park an oversized vehicle outside the designated lot.
•    Parking passes are valid only on Duke Women’s Basketball game days and must be displayed on the holder’s rearview mirror at all times.
•    Please bag and place all trash and recycling in the appropriate receptacle prior to departure from the parking area.
•    All state, federal and local laws apply at all times.
•    If your assigned lot is full, please see parking attendant for closest available location.
•    Please properly extinguish and dispose of charcoal and other flammables. DO NOT THROW AWAY these items in parking lot trash cans or in parking lots.

Bus and Oversized Vehicle Parking

•    An oversized vehicle is defined as any vehicle longer than 18 feet and/or wider than 9 feet.
•    Bus and Oversized Vehicle parking is located in Grounds Lot.  All buses and oversized vehicles should access the Grounds lot via 751/Cameron Blvd to Science Drive and then Frank Bassett Drive.  Iron Duke parking passes cannot be combined to park an oversized vehicle in any other lot besides the designated oversized vehicle parking area.
•    There is no charge for bus or oversized vehicle parking.

Iron Duke Parking Lots
– The following lots are considered Iron Duke parking lots for Women’s Basketball: Public Policy, Whitford Drive, Card Gym, Bassett Drive/Grounds Lots and the 751 Lot.  Iron Duke parking lots will open three (3) hours prior to tip-off.  For more information on acquiring an Iron Dukes parking pass please visit www.irondukes.net or call 919-613-7575.

Recommended Iron Duke Pre-Game Ingress Route – Duke Athletics, Parking and Transportation, and Police recommend that Iron Dukes follow the recommended routes of travel listed below.  Please note that these routes may not be the shortest or most direct route from your origination point, but they will be the quickest route to access your designated parking area while avoiding high volume areas.
 - All Iron Duke Lots – 15-501 to 751/Cameron Blvd to Science Drive

Iron Duke Checkpoints – Iron Duke Parking Permit checkpoints are set-up on the roads surrounding the Iron Duke parking lots.  These checkpoints are designed to keep only necessary traffic on the smaller, interior roads of campus.  All Iron Duke Parking Permit holders must have their Iron Duke Parking Permit readily available as they approach campus for ease of access at the Iron Duke Parking Permit checkpoints and for access into their designated parking area.  Please understand that traffic control officers are unable to answer questions without causing traffic delays. Checkpoints are located at the following intersections:
 - Intersection of Science Drive and NC 751/Cameron Blvd
 - Intersection of Towerview Drive and Circuit Drive
 - Towerview Drive Circle

General Public Parking Information

General Public Parking Lots
– The following lots are considered General Public parking lots for Women’s Basketball (listed in order of proximity from Cameron Indoor Stadium): Blue Zone Lots, Chemistry Lot, and Parking Garage IV, Small Circuit Lot and Large Circuit Lot.  There is no charge to park on Women’s Basketball game days, with the exception of Parking Garage IV ($5).

General Public Parking for Persons with Disabilities - is available in the Science Drive Visitor’s Lot located off of Science Drive.  The lot opens two (2) hours prior to tip-off on game day.  Science Drive can be accessed via NC 751 or Towerview Drive.  It is recommended that all fans wishing to acquire persons with disabilities parking have a valid, state-issued persons with disabilities parking pass.  Please have the valid, state-issued persons with disabilities parking pass readily available when approaching campus and when entering the Science Drive Visitors’ Lot.

An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for persons with disabilities is available on Whitford Drive in front of Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Vehicles should immediately be returned to Science Drive Visitors’ Lot for parking.

Golf cart shuttles are available for those who need assistance from the Science Drive Visitors’ Lot to the general public entrances of Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Shuttles run from two (2) hours pre-game until one (1) hour post-game. Shuttle service post-game begins as soon as pedestrian traffic clears on Whitford Drive.

Miscellaneous Parking and Traffic Information

•    I-40/I-440 Road Closures – The I-40/I-440 area of South Raleigh will have travel lanes closed for months at a time starting Summer/Fall 2013.  The complete rebuild could take up to three (3) years to complete.  Click here for alternate routes and additional project information from NCDOT.
•    Parking Disclaimer – Duke University assumes no responsibility for loss through fire, theft, collision, or otherwise to the car or its contents.  Vehicles are parked at Owner’s Risk. Please lock you vehicle.
•    Parking Emergency Information – In case of emergency, please dial 919-684-2444 for Duke Police Emergency Dispatch or 9-1-1 for Durham County.  Duke Police will be the primary responder on-campus for emergency calls.  Durham Police will be the primary responder for off-campus for emergency calls. If an emergency occurs and authorities are contacted, please designate someone in your party to help direct emergency personnel to the emergency location.
•    Parking and Traffic Updates – For more information on Duke Women’s Basketball game days, please visit the game day information website of Duke Athletics – www.goduke.com/gameday.  Sign-up for operational, parking, and traffic updates on Twitter by following @Duke_GAMEDAY.
•    Tailgating – is permitted in the Whitford Drive, Bassett Drive or Grounds lots and 751 Lot.  Tents, tables, tarps or canopies ARE NOT permitted if they impede foot or vehicular traffic or if they extend into additional parking space.

Pets

All pets (including dogs) are prohibited inside Cameron Indoor Stadium.  (Exception: Service animals are allowed to assist persons with disabilities)/

Press Row, Media Room, Scorer’s Table Access

Only credentialed staff, media, and photographers will be allowed on press row, in the media room, or in the upper booths.  All media or photographers should contact Duke Sports Information at least three (3) days prior to the day of the game to confirm approval. 

Programs

Game Day Flip Cards will be available free of charge to all guests from the ushers posted around Cameron Indoor Stadium.  A limited number of flip cards will be available for each game.

Prohibited Items

For the safety and game day experience of all fans, the following items are prohibited from entering the stadium:

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Artificial noisemakers
  • Backpacks/bags larger than 8” x 11” x 12” (exception: medical reasons)
  • Balloons
  • Balls and Frisbees
  • Cameras w/lens over 4 inches
  • Coolers and Containers (ice chests, thermoses, cups, bottles, or other like containers)
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Illegal Drugs
  • Items obstructing sightlines of other fans (umbrellas may not be raised in the seating bowl)
  • Laser Pointers
  • No pass-outs or re-entry (only at smoking door on upper concourse behind Section 13)
  • Outside chairs (lounge chairs, folding chairs, etc.)

Duke University reserves the right to deny anyone or anything from entering the stadium.  Any such items should be returned to your vehicle and/or discarded.  All fans are subject to search before entering the stadium.

Promotions

A complete schedule of promotions, including give-away items, is available online at www.goduke.com.  Promotional items have individual restrictions and give-away dates are subject to change without prior notice.  Please remember that a game ticket does not ensure or entitle the holder to a promotional item on that date and that only one item will be distributed per person.  Please be considerate of other guests by taking only one promotional item.

Public Address

No appeals will be made over the public address system except under extraordinary circumstances.  Requests of an emergency nature should be addressed to the nearest event staff personnel and are subject to approval by the Game Day Manager.

Radios and Televisions

Handheld radios and televisions are permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium as long as they are not larger than 8” x 11” x 12” and do not distract from the enjoyment of other guests.  For the comfort of those seated around you, headphones are required.

Fans can listen to all the action in Durham on WDNC 620AM.  Fans can also catch the radio broadcast and streaming video for games that are not televised world-wide on the internet at GoDuke.com Inside Access.

Re-Entry

Guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket.  However, in case of emergency, exceptions may be made.

Restrooms

Restrooms in Cameron Indoor Stadium open when doors open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.  Men’s Restrooms are located behind Sections 1 and 9 on the upper level and on the lower level and in the North Lobby behind Section 18.  Women’s Restrooms are located behind Sections 4 and 12 on the upper level and on the lower level in the southwest corner between Sections 17 and 20.  All men's and women's restrooms are accessible for persons with disabilities.  

A Family Restroom is located on the lower level of Cameron Indoor Stadium on the southeast corner between Sections 19 and 20 near the Duke Marketing Offices (Room 111T).  The restroom is accessible for persons with disabilities, unisex and provides a changing table for families with small children.

Seating for Persons with Disabilities

A limited number of accessible seats are available for persons with disabilities in Cameron Indoor Stadium in Section 20 Row CC. 

•    Seating for Persons with Disabilities (General Public and Iron Dukes) – All special accommodations for accessible seating for Iron Dukes and the General Public must be made in advance of game day by contacting the Duke Ticket Office at 919-681-2583.  Special accommodations will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis prior to game day.  No special accommodations or ticket exchanges will be allowed on game day.  Pre-registration will end at 4:30 PM on the business day prior to game day.  Please note that for Sunday games, pre-registration will end at 4:30 PM on Friday prior to game day.

•    Seating for Persons with Disabilities (Duke University Undergraduate & Graduate Students) – All special accommodations for accessible seating for Duke University Undergraduate and Graduate Students must be made in advance of game day by contacting the Duke Disability Management Office at 919-668-6213.  Special accommodations will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.  No special accommodations or ticket exchanges will be allowed on game day.  Pre-registration for students will end at 4:00 PM three (3) days prior to game day.

On game day, guests with accessible seating should enter at the South Lobby of Cameron Indoor Stadium (Wallace Wade Stadium side) via the door at the top of the accessible ramp.  Guests will be escorted by stadium staff to the appropriate seating area.

Severe Weather Procedure

Duke University Police, Emergency Management, and Game Operations will monitor the weather 24 hours a day leading up to and through game day.  In the event that the stadium needs to be evacuated, the PA Announcer will direct all spectators to evacuate the stadium and seek shelter immediately.  In most scenarios, guests will be directed to their vehicles for shelter.  If it is unsafe for guests to return to their vehicles the PA Announcer will designate the nearest safe shelter locations.  Stadium event staff and ushers will be available to assist persons with disabilities in seeking shelter once an evacuation is activated.    

Resumption of play will only occur once an all clear has been given and conditions are deemed safe after consultation between the Game Officials, Duke Emergency Management, Duke Police, Duke Game Operations, and the Atlantic Coast Conference.  If resumption of play does occur, all guests with a valid ticket stub for the game will be permitted re-entry.  A hand stamp is not required for re-entry after evacuation.

Smoking


Smoking is not permitted in Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Fans who wish to smoke must go outside to the designated smoking area behind Section 13 and see the stadium official posted at the exterior doors.  All fans must get their hand stamped and present a stubbed ticket to exit into the designated smoking area.  Fans must present the ticket stub and hand stamp for re-entry into Cameron Indoor Stadium from the designated smoking area.

Stairwells

Stairwells in Cameron Indoor Stadium are located in the Northeast corner (between Sections 8 and 9), the Southeast corner (between Sections 3 and 4), and the Southwest corner (between Sections 1 and 2).

Streaming Video

Fans can catch LIVE streaming video for select women’s basketball games worldwide on the internet at Duke Inside Access.

Tickets for all Duke Women’s Basketball games and other sporting events are available at GoDuke.com/tickets or by calling the ticket office at 1-877-375-3853 or 919-681-2583.

•    Tickets may be purchased on game day by visiting the ticket office located in the South Lobby (Wallace Wade Stadium side) of Cameron Indoor Stadium one (1) hour prior to tip-off.
•    Group Tickets – Group tickets and seating may be available for certain games at Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Contact Chris Kautza at 919-684-9008 for more information.

Travel

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium.  For the courtesy and safety of all fans, we ask that umbrellas not be opened anywhere inside Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are permitted in Cameron Indoor Stadium. Wheelchair access is located at the South Entrance of Cameron Indoor Stadium (Wallace Wade Stadium side) at the door located at the top of the accessible ramp.  Guests in wheelchairs will have accessible seating in Section 20 Row CC.

Will Call Information

All guests picking up tickets at will call locations must present a valid state issued photo driver’s license or identification card.  By NCAA rule, all guests picking up Duke and Visiting Team Player/Guest tickets must provide valid identification, sign for their tickets, and immediately enter the stadium.

•    General Will Call: Tickets purchased through the Duke or Visiting Team Ticket Office via phone or online
