ADA Ticket Fraud

Ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Duke Athletics reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets or ejection.

Alcohol

It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into Cameron Indoor Stadium. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices are available on game day for those in need. Guests needing assistive listening devices should contact a stadium official and ask them to contact game day operations with their seat location. Once the request is received, game day operations will deliver the device to the guest at his/her seat.

Banners and Signs

Banners and Signs are permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium, however Duke reserves the right to prohibit or require the cessation of any display of a banner or sign that obstructs the view of other fans, obscures stadium signage, can be considered an advertisement or is determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate or derogatory.

Basketball Museum and Athletics Hall of Fame

The Duke Basketball Museum and Athletics Hall of Fame is open to the general public from Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  The area is also open on both Duke Men’s and Women’s Basketball game days beginning at 9:00 AM on weekdays and five (5) hours prior to tip-off or 9:00 AM, whichever is later, on weekends.  The area closes on game days one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes prior to tip-off and becomes a general public ticketed entrance one (1) hour prior to tip-off.  

The Duke Basketball Museum and Athletics Hall of Fame is located on the 2nd floor of the Schwartz-Butters Athletic Building.  Guests wishing to visit the Museum should enter the Schwartz-Butters Athletic Building from the North side of Cameron Indoor Stadium (K-Ville side) via the stairwell or from the breezeway on the west side of Cameron Indoor Stadium between Cameron and the Krzyzewski Center.

BB&T ATM

There are no ATM machines inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. The BB&T ATM is located just outside the south entrance doors of Cameron Indoor Stadium (Wallace Wade Stadium side) and will be accessible 24-7.  The ATM only dispenses cash ($20 increments) and does not take deposits. To access the ATM machine after entering Cameron Indoor Stadium, please see the stadium staff posted in the South Lobby.

Blue Devil IMG Sports Network (Radio)

Fans can listen to all the action on the Blue Devil IMG Sports Network or worldwide on Duke Inside Access. Check out a complete list of affiliates of the Blue Devil IMG Sports Network.

Camera Policy

Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. No cameras with a lens longer than four (4) inches are permitted into Cameron Indoor Stadium. Flash photography is not permitted at any time inside Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Video cameras are not permitted in Cameron Indoor Stadium for men’s basketball games. There shall be no filming of pregame, in-game or postgame activities on cellphones, iPads, or any other electronic device.

Children’s Ticket Policy

Children under two (2) years of age do not need a ticket to enter Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Children must be accompanied by a ticketed guardian and must be seated on a guardian’s lap and not interfere with the sightlines of other guests.

Concessions

A great variety of food items and Coca-Cola products are available from the concession stands located throughout Cameron Indoor Stadium operated by Blue Devil Concessions. Concession stands are located on the lower level in the North Lobby behind section 18 and on the upper level in the Hall of Honor and behind Sections 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, and 15. An accessible concessions window is located at the stand in the North Lobby. All concession stands accept debit/credit cards.  Concession stands open one (1) hour prior to tip-off on game day.

Conduct 

Duke Athletics expects all guests to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times before, during and after the competition. We expect all guests to treat other fans, players, coaches and officials with courtesy. Please join us in creating a fun, safe, family atmosphere at Cameron Indoor Stadium by not:
  • Interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the game;
  • Using/displaying foul or abusive language or gestures;
  • Appearing to be intoxicated or in a diminished capacity;
  • Failing to produce a ticket upon request or sitting in a seat that does not match your ticket;
  • Entering the competition or restricted access areas;
  • Smoking except in designated areas;
  • Throwing objects onto the court or within the stadium; or
  • Otherwise being disorderly.
Guests should contact a stadium official or police officer if they feel someone is not acting appropriately. Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest. Repeated offenses will result in the loss of season or student ticket privileges. To report game day problems, unruly fans or suspicious activity:

Please find below a list of disability services currently provided at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Prior to game day, please feel free to reach out to our disabilities coordinators at 919-668-1329 to help make arrangements for your visit or if you have any special needs, questions or concerns regarding our accessibility and accommodations.

General Public Parking for Persons with Disabilities
- is available in the Science Drive Visitor’s Lot located off of Science Drive.  The lot opens two (2) hours prior to tip-off on game day.  Science Drive can be accessed via NC 751 or Towerview Drive.  An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for persons with disabilities is available on Whitford Drive in front of Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Iron Dukes Parking for Persons with Disabilities
- is available in the Whitford Drive Lot.  The lot opens three (3) hours prior to tip-off on game day.  Iron Dukes that need access to this lot should contact the Iron Duke Office at 919-613-7575 to acquire a parking permit before game day.  An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for persons with disabilities is available on Whitford Drive in front of Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Accessible Lift-Equipped Van
- An accessible lift-equipped van will be available as needed for guests needing wheelchair lift assistance.  Please notify a parking lot attendant upon arrival to request van service.

Accessible Entrance -
is located at the top of the accessible ramp at the South Entrance of Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Seating for Persons with Disabilities (General Public and Iron Dukes)
- A limited number of accessible seats are available in Cameron Indoor Stadium.  All special accommodations for accessible seating for Iron Dukes and the General Public must be made in advance of game day by contacting the Duke Ticket Office at 919-981-2583.  Special accommodations will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis prior to game day.  No special accommodations or ticket exchanges will be allowed on game day.  Reservations for accessible seating will end at 4:30 PM on the business day prior to game day.  Please note that for Sunday games, reservations for accessible seating will end at 4:30 PM on Friday prior to game day.

Seating for Persons with Disabilities (Duke University Undergraduate & Graduate Students) -
A limited number of accessible seats are available in Cameron Indoor Stadium.  All special accommodations for accessible seating for Duke University Undergraduate and Graduate Students must be made in advance of game day by contacting the Duke Disability Management Office at 919-668-6213.  Special accommodations will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis prior to game day.  No special accommodations or ticket exchanges will be allowed on game day.  Reservations for accessible seating for students will end by 4:00 PM three (3) days prior to game day.

Accessible Ticket Office Window -
is located at the door on the far left of the Ticket Office in the South Lobby of Cameron Indoor Stadium. Directional signage will be posted in the lobby. Please knock for assistance.

Assistive Listening Devices
- Assistive listening devices are available on game day for those in need. Guests needing assistive listening devices should contact stadium staff and ask them to contact game day operations with their seat location. Once the request is received, game day operations will deliver the device to the guest at their seat.

Accessible Concessions Window -
is located on the lower level in the North Lobby behind Section 18. When looking at the concessions stand, the accessible window is located at the door on the far right of the stand. Directional signage will be posted in the lobby.

Accessible Restrooms for Persons with Disabilities
- All men’s and women’s restrooms are accessible for persons with disabilities. Men’s Restrooms are located behind Sections 1 and 9 on the upper level and on the lower level in the North Lobby behind Section 18. Women’s Restrooms are located behind Sections 4 and 12 on the upper level and on the lower level in the southwest corner between Sections 17 and 20.

Family Restroom -
is located on the lower level of Cameron Indoor Stadium in the southeast corner between Sections 19 and 20 near the Marketing offices (Room 111T). The restroom is accessible for persons with disabilities, unisex and provides a changing table for families with small children.

Emergency or Severe Weather Evacuation Procedures
- If an emergency or severe weather evacuation were activated, stadium event staff and ushers will be available to assist persons with disabilities who request assistance in exiting the stadium or seeking safe shelter.

Doors (Entrance into stadium)

All guests’ purses, bags, and strollers are subject to search upon entering Cameron Indoor Stadium on game day. For more information on what is allowed in Cameron Indoor Stadium on game day, please see Prohibited Items section below in this guide.  Please read carefully below to identify the proper entrance into Cameron Indoor Stadium and note the entrance opening times and other information relative to that entrance. 

Media Will Call Entrance - The media will call entrance doors to Cameron Indoor Stadium are located at the North Entrance (K-Ville side) and open two (2) hours prior to tip-off.  Entrance is ADA Accessible.

Undergraduate Student Entrance
- The undergraduate student entrance doors are located at the North Entrance (K-Ville side) of Cameron Indoor Stadium and open 1.5 hours prior to tip-off.  Entrance is ADA Accessible.

Graduate Student Entrance - The graduate student entrance doors are located at the South Entrance (Wallace Wade Stadium side) of Cameron Indoor Stadium and open 1.5 hours prior to tip-off.  Entrance is ADA Accessible.

Duke and Visiting Team Player/Guest Entrance - The Duke and Visiting Team Player/Guest entrance doors are located at the South Entrance (Wallace Wade Stadium side) to Cameron Indoor Stadium and open 1 hour prior to tip-off.  Entrance is ADA Accessible.

General Public Entrances - There are several general public entrance doors to Cameron Indoor Stadium listed below.  All general public entrances open 1 hour prior to tip-off.
  • South Entrance Middle Doors (Wallace Wade Stadium Side – lower level entrance) – Entrance is ADA Accessible to lower level seating area.
  • Northeast Entrance Doors (Card Gym side by Duke Team Store Entrance – lower level entrance) – Entrance in not ADA Accessible.
  • South Hall of Honor Entrance Doors (Krzyzewski Center side - upper level entrance) – Entrance is ADA accessible but there is no ADA access to lower level from upper level.
  • Duke Basketball Museum and Athletics Hall of Fame Breezeway Entrance Doors (Between Cameron Indoor Stadium and Krzyzewski Center – upper level entrance) – Entrance is ADA accessible but there is no ADA access to lower level from upper level.
  • Duke Basketball Museum and Athletics Hall of Fame Krzyzewskiville Entrance Doors (Krzyzewskiville Side at top of Stairs – upper level entrance) – Entrance is ADA accessible but there is no ADA access to lower level from upper level.
Emergency Preparedness
  • During any emergency inside the stadium, follow the directions of the PA announcer, event staff and emergency responders.
  • Always designate a pre-determined location both inside and outside the stadium to meet friends and family in case you get separated or in the event of an emergency.
  • Upon arriving at your seat location, first find the nearest exit and then locate an alternate exit in case of emergency.
  • If you see or become aware of any activity that is unusual, suspicious or causes you concern, report the activity to the nearest police officer or event staff.
  • Emergency vehicles may be present in and around the stadium. Please do not obstruct the path of travel of an emergency vehicle or interfere with any of their operations.  Vehicles blocking emergency vehicles, exits, or traffic are subject to being towed at the owner's expense.  Please do not obstruct any exits or exit pathways.
  • Monitor the weather prior to the game.  Take the necessary precautions to protect your family and friends should severe weather be encountered before, during, or after the game. In the event of severe weather during the game, please be prepared to evacuate the stadium and return to your car. For more information, please see Severe Weather Procedures below.
Entertainment

First Aid/Emergency Medical Assistance

First Aid/EMS services are provided through a partnership with Duke Pre-Hospital and Disaster Medicine, Durham County EMS, and Duke EMS. For first aid and emergency medical services, please visit the designated areas located in the northwest corner on the lower level between Sections 17 and 18 and on the upper level in the Hall of Honor behind Section 13. In case of emergency, please contact the nearest stadium official or police officer for assistance or call Duke Police at 919- 684-2444 or 9-1-1.  AEDs are available in both locations.

Food and Beverage

Outside food and beverage are prohibited. (Exception: Medical reasons, including pregnancy)

Lost and Found

All Lost and Found items will be turned into a Duke Police officer.  Items turned in will be kept in the Operational Command Center.  Guests trying to locate items on game day should call operational command at 919-668-5777 or contact the nearest staff member.  All lost and found items not picked up prior to the end of the game will be available for pick-up the following business day by calling 919-668-5658 to inquire about lost item(s).

Merchandise

Be sure to show your Duke Pride by purchasing officially-licensed Duke souvenirs at the Duke Stores Merchandise stands located on the upper level all around the concourse. The Duke Merchandise stands open when doors open to Cameron Indoor Stadium one (1) hour prior to tip-off. The Nike Duke Team Store, located in Card Gym adjacent to the east side of Cameron Indoor Stadium, is also open on game days for your shopping convenience.  Store hours can be found by visiting the Duke Stores website at http://www.dukestores.duke.edu/hours/regular.php.  The Duke Team Store is open on all game days until one (1) hour post-game.

Parking Rules and Regulations
  • Parking permits are non-transferable and can’t be duplicated for any reason.
  • Parking permits cannot be combined to park recreational or oversized vehicle (RV/OV) outside the designated lot or to provide space for a tailgate party.
  • Parking permits are valid only on Duke Men’s Basketball game days and must be displayed from the bearer’s rearview mirror at all times.
  • Please bag and place all trash and recycling in the appropriate receptacle prior to departure from the parking area.
  • All federal, state and local laws, statutes, and ordinances apply, including those regarding the possession, dispensing, and use of alcoholic beverages.
  • If your assigned lot is full, please see parking attendant for closest available location.
  • Please properly extinguish and dispose of charcoal and other flammables. DO NOT THROW AWAY in parking lot trash cans or in parking lots. 
Bus and Recreational/Oversized Vehicle (RV/OV) Parking

Small Circuit Lot - Bus, Recreational/Oversized Vehicle Lot Recommended Ingress Directions
Pregame Parking and Traffic Map

For the purpose of Duke Men’s Basketball game days a bus or recreational/oversized vehicle (RV/OV) is any vehicle wider than 9 feet or longer than 18 feet.  Buses and RV/OVs require special parking arrangements because they do not fit in a normal parking spot and affect pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Bus and RV/OV parking is available only in the Small Circuit Lot which can be accessed via LaSalle Street off Erwin Road.  The cost for Bus and RV/OV parking is $50.00 per game – CASH ONLY - and can only be purchased on game days at the Small Circuit Lot entrance.  

Bus and RV/OV parking spaces in the Small Circuit Lot are 54 feet long by 18 feet wide and the lot is paved.  The lot is not completely level; therefore levelers will be required for most spots.  There are no reserved parking spaces and spaces can’t be held for other guests.  All Buses and RV/OVs will be parked by Duke parking staff upon arrival to maximize the parking in the lot.  RV/OVs are permitted to bring one (1) tow trailer or vehicle.  The tow trailer or vehicle must fit within the designated parking space.  No additional parking is available on or off campus for tow vehicles or trailers.  

Access to the Bus and RV/OV Lots begins two (2) hours prior to tip-off.  Access ends two (2) hours after the game.  For ease of access it is recommended that all Buses and RV/OVs arrive two (2) hours prior to tip-off.

Iron Duke Checkpoints - Iron Duke Parking Permit checkpoints are set-up on the roads surrounding the Iron Duke parking lots. All Iron Duke Parking Permit holders will need to have their Iron Duke Parking Permit readily available as they approach campus.  Iron Duke Parking Permit holders will need to show their parking permit for access at these checkpoints and also for access into their designated lot.  The checkpoints are designed to keep general public traffic off the roads that lead to/from the Iron Duke lots. Checkpoints are located at the following intersections:
  • Intersection of Science Drive and NC 751/Cameron Blvd
  • Intersection of Circuit Drive and Towerview Drive
  • Towerview Drive Circle

General Public Recommend Ingress Directions

General Public and Persons with Disabilities Drop-off and Pick-up Point - General Public and Persons with Disabilities wishing to drop-off guests in close proximity to Cameron Indoor Stadium may do so on Whitford Drive.  To access the drop-off point, guests should notify the traffic control officers and the lot attendant of their need to drop-off on Whitford Drive and the staff will direct the guests to the correct location outside the South Entrance to Cameron Indoor Stadium.  After dropping off their guest they must return to their designated Iron Duke or General Public Parking Lot.  Post-game guests will be able to access Whitford Drive for pick-up once post-game traffic has cleared (approximately 20-30 minutes post-game).

General Public Parking for Persons with Disabilities

– General Public Parking is available in the following parking lots on game day: Small Circuit, Large Circuit, and PG 9.  The cost to park in these lots is $10.00 per vehicle per game for regular sized vehicles and $50.00 per vehicle per game for oversized vehicles (larger than 9 feet wide or 18 feet long) – CASH ONLY.  Duke employees and students with a valid 2014 or 2015 Duke University parking permit will be permitted to park free of charge in all general public parking lots.  The walk times from the respective lots are listed below:
  • Small Circuit Lot – 12 minutes
  • Large Circuit Lot – 14 Minutes
  • PG9 – 19 minutes

General Public Courtesy Shuttle – Guests wishing to limit their walk time may take advantage of the general public courtesy shuttle which runs from Circuit Drive to Towerview Drive by the entrance to the Card Gym Lot.  All shuttles are accessible for persons with disabilities.  All guests wishing to use the general public courtesy shuttle must park in the general public parking lots and walk to the shuttle pick-up/drop-off points.  The courtesy shuttle runs from 1.5 hours prior to tip-off until 1 hr post-game.  The shuttle only runs on weeknights and is not operational on weekends.

I-40/I-440 Road Closures –
The I-40/I-440 area of South Raleigh will have travel lanes closed for months at a time starting Summer/Fall 2013. The complete rebuild could take up to three (3) years to complete. Click Here for alternative routes and additional project information from NCDOT.

Duke University and Medical Center Employee and Student Parking –
Duke University and Medical Center faculty, staff, employees, and students can receive free parking on men’s basketball game day in the general public parking lots by presenting a valid 2014 or 2015 Duke University parking permit at the lot entrances.  For information on general public parking lot locations, please see general public parking information.  

Tailgating –
is permitted. Tents, tables, tarps or canopies ARE NOT permitted if they impede foot or vehicular traffic or if they extend into additional parking space.   One (1) Iron Duke parking permit or one (1) general public parking permit equals one space.  Iron Duke parking permits or general public parking permits can’t be combined to park a recreational or oversized vehicle (RV/OV) in any lot other than the designated RV/OV parking lot.   All federal, state and local laws, statutes, and ordinances apply, including those regarding the possession, dispensing, and use of alcoholic beverages.  Please properly extinguish and dispose of charcoal and other flammables.  DO NOT THROW AWAY in parking lot trash cans or in parking lots.

Bull City Connector
- The Bull City Connector is a fare-free, hybrid-electric bus service that connects downtown Durham with the Duke University campus. The route provides direct access to Duke and includes stops along Main Street and Erwin Road. The service also includes a stop at Durham Station, the city's transportation hub with public bus service and within walking distance of the American Tobacco Campus and the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The Bull City Connector is also ideal for bicyclists, who can ride to a Connector stop and take their bike to campus by using a bike rack on the front of the bus. The easiest way to get to games using the Bull City Connector is to get off at Duke Hospital South on Trent Road. Once you get off at Duke Hospital South, walk on the sidewalk down Flowers Drive. Cut up to the West Campus Quad. Walk all the way down the Quad until you reach Towerview Drive. Cross Towerview Drive and follow the sidewalk to Cameron Indoor Stadium. Parking Emergency Information

In case of emergency please dial 9-1-1 for Durham County or 919-684-2444 for Duke Police Emergency Dispatch.  Duke Police will be the primary responder on-campus for emergency calls.  Durham Police will be the primary responder off-campus for emergency calls.  If an emergency occurs and authorities are contacted, please designate someone in your party to help direct emergency personnel to the emergency location.

Press Row, Media Room, Upper Booth Access

Only credentialed staff, media and photographers will be allowed on press row, in the media room, or in the upper booths. All media or photographers should contact Duke Sports Information at least three days prior to game day to reserve a credential.

Programs

Game Day Flip Cards will be available free of charge to all guests from the ushers posted around Cameron Indoor Stadium. A limited number of flip cards will be available for each game.

Prohibited Items


For the safety and game day experience of all guests, the following items are prohibited from entering the stadium:
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Artificial noisemakers
  • Backpacks/bags larger than 8” x 11” x 12” (exception: medical reasons)
  • Balloons
  • Balls and Frisbees
  • Cameras w/lens over 4 inches
  • Coolers and Containers (ice chests, thermoses, cups, bottles, or other like containers)
  • Items obstructing sightlines of other guests (umbrellas may not be raised in the seating bowl)
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Illegal Drugs
  • Items obstructing sightlines of other fans (umbrellas may not be raised in the seating bowl)
  • Laser Pointers
  • Outside chairs (lounge chairs, folding chairs, etc.)
  • Outside food and beverage (exception: medical reasons)
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Shoes with wheels (wheelies)
  • Video Cameras
  • Weapons
Duke University reserves the right to deny anyone or anything from entering the stadium. Any such items should be returned to your vehicle and/or discarded. All fans are subject to search before entering the stadium.

Public Address

No appeals will be made over the public address system except under extraordinary circumstances.  Requests of an emergency nature should be addressed to the nearest event staff and are subject to approval by the Game Day Manager.

Radios and Televisions (Handheld)

Handheld radios and televisions are permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium as long as they are not larger than 8” x 11” x 12” and do not distract from the enjoyment of other guests.  For the comfort of those seated around you, headphones are required.

Re-Entry into Stadium

Guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket.  However, in case of emergency, exceptions may be made.

Restrooms

Restrooms in Cameron Indoor Stadium open at the same time as the doors open.  Men’s Restrooms are located behind Sections 1 and 9 on the upper level and on the lower level and in the North Lobby behind Section 18.  Women’s Restrooms are located behind sections 4 and 12 on the upper level and on the lower level in the southwest corner between section 17 and 20.  All men's and women's restrooms are accessible for persons with disabilities. 

A Family Restroom is located on the lower level of Cameron Indoor Stadium on the southeast corner between Sections 19 and 20 near the Duke Marketing Offices (Room 111T). The restroom is accessible for persons with disabilities, unisex and provides a changing table for families with small children.

Seating for Persons with Disabilities

A limited number of accessible seats are available for persons with disabilities in Cameron Indoor Stadium.  All special accommodations for accessible seating must be made in advance of game day and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. No special accommodations or ticket exchanges will be allowed on game day.

Seating for Persons with Disabilities (General Public and Iron Dukes) – All special accommodations for accessible seating for Iron Dukes and the General Public must be made in advance of game day by contacting the Duke Ticket Office at 919-981-2583.  Special accommodations will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis prior to game day.  No special accommodations or ticket exchanges will be allowed on game day.  Reservations for accessible seating will end at 4:30 PM on the business day prior to game day.  Please note that for Sunday games, reservations for accessible seating will end at 4:30 PM on Friday prior to game day.

Seating for Persons with Disabilities (Duke University Undergraduate & Graduate Students) – All special accommodations for accessible seating for Duke University Undergraduate and Graduate Students must be made in advance of game day by contacting the Duke Disability Management Office at 919-668-6213.  Special accommodations will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.  No special accommodations or ticket exchanges will be allowed on game day.  Reservations for accessible seating for students will end by 4:00 PM three (3) days prior to game day.
On game day, guests with accessible seating should enter at the South Lobby of Cameron Indoor Stadium (Wallace Wade Stadium side) via the door at the top of the accessible ramp.  Guests will be escorted by stadium staff to the appropriate seating area.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in Cameron Indoor Stadium. Fans who wish to smoke must go outside to the designated smoking area behind Section 13 and see the stadium official posted at the exterior doors. All fans must get their hand stamped and present a stubbed ticket to exit into the designated smoking area. Fans must present the ticket stub and hand stamp for re-entry into Cameron Indoor Stadium from the designated smoking area.

Stairwells

Stairwells in Cameron Indoor Stadium are located in the Northeast corner (between Sections 8 and 9), the Southeast corner (between Sections 3 and 4), and the Southwest corner (between Sections 1 and 2).

Ticket Information

Tickets for select Duke Men’s Basketball games may be purchased prior to game day by visiting goduke.com/tickets or by calling the ticket office at 1-877-375-3853 or 919-681-2583.  Patrons with ticketing problems should go to the Cameron Indoor Stadium ticket office located in the South Lobby behind section 20. 

Travel

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. For the courtesy and safety all guests we ask that umbrellas are not opened inside Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Please store your umbrellas under your seat so as to not affect the guests sitting around you.  Umbrellas should not be left outside of Cameron Indoor Stadium or in the concourses.

Video Camera Policy

Video cameras are not permitted in Cameron Indoor Stadium.  All game day video footage rights are the property of the ACC’s Television partners.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are permitted in Cameron Indoor Stadium. Wheelchair access is located at the South Entrance of Cameron indoor Stadium (Wallace Wade side) at the door located at the top of the accessible ramp. Guests in wheelchairs will have accessible seating in Section 20 – Row CC.

Will Call Information

All guests picking up tickets at will call locations must present a valid state issued photo driver’s license or identification card.  By NCAA rule, all guests picking up Duke and Visiting Team Player/Guest tickets must provide valid identification, sign for their ticket, and immediately enter the stadium.
