DURHAM, N.C. – A pair of incoming Blue Devil freshmen have been selected to take part in the 13th annual Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Game, slated for Saturday, June 30 at Homewood Field on the campus of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md.
Midfielder Anna Callahan and midfielder/draw specialist Maddie Jenner were both tabbed to the 2018 Under Armour All-America Girls South Roster for the contest later this month.
A native of Glenwood, Md., Callahan was most recently named the Howard County Times/Columbia Flier and the Washington Post’s 2018 Spring All-Met Player of the Year after leading Glenlg High School to a third straight state championship. Jenner, who completed her prep career at McDonogh School in Maryland, won three IAAM Conference titles and was the All-USA Today and Baltimore Sun All-Metro Girls Lacrosse Player of the Year as a junior.
Callahan and Jenner were two of the 44 senior girls selected by the committee for the 13th annual Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Game, which will take place at 5:30 p.m. on June 30.
