DURHAM, N.C. – Freshman javelin specialist Katelyn Gochenour is set to represent Team USA at the 2017 Pan-American Junior Championships July 21-23 in Lima, Peru.

The Logan, Iowa, native secured her spot after placing second at the USA Track & Field (USATF) Junior Championships with a mark of 158-10 (48.43).
