2017-18: Competed in five competitions during the indoor season and six competitions during the outdoor campaign … opened the indoor season with a second-place finish in the triple jump at the Carolina Cup (1/13), posting a mark of 39-7.25 … qualified for the ACC Indoor Championships, soaring to a record-breaking mark as she cleared 41-8.75 to extend her Duke record to take home the bronze medal and earn First Team All-ACC honors … earned a pair of first-place finishes at the Battle of the Blues (4/6) in both the triple jump and the 4x100m relay … posted a mark of 41-0.50 in the triple jump to earn the top spot … helped the 4x100m relay squad clock a time of 44.47 to secure the first-place finish, which serves as the best mark in Duke history … was a part of a 4x100m relay team that finished first at the Duke Invitational (4/21) with a time of 44.73, which ranks second in school history … posted a record-breaking mark in the triple jump at the Virginia Grand Prix (4/28) with a season-best jump of 42-2.00 to earn a third-place finish … qualified for the ACC Outdoor Championships where she finished fourth in the triple jump with a mark of 41-11.50 to earn Second Team All-ACC honors.
2016-17: Participated in twelve competitions during the indoor season…Set a new personal-best in the 60m as she finished in 7.72 at the Armory Invitational (2/4)…Reached a season-best mark of 39-3.75 (11.98) in the triple jump to finish in second place at the VT Challenge (2/18)…Competed in fifteen events during the outdoor season…Recorded a new personal-best in the 100m at the Duke Invitational (4/22), finishing in 11.89…Helped the 4x100m relay team set a new school record with a combined time of 44.91 at the NCAA East Preliminaries (5/27)…A member of the 4x200m relay team that took first place at the Raleigh Relays (3/25) as well as running the fifth fastest time in Duke history, crossing the finish line in a combined 1:36.79…Reached the second furthest mark in school history in the triple jump as she reached 40-11.00 (12.47) to finish in ninth at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/14).
2015-16: Participated in five competitions during the indoor season and six during the outdoor campaign…in indoor competition, finished 14th in the triple jump at the Armory Invitational (2/6) with a leap of 38-11.75 (11.88), which sits third-best in Duke history…qualified for the ACC Indoor Championships (2/27) and finished 14th in the triple jump with a mark of 38-4.25 (11.69)…during the outdoor season, earned the second-best distance in Duke history, finishing first in the triple jump at the Battle of the Blues (4/2) with a mark of 40-2.00 (12.24)…ran a leg of the 4x100 and finished ninth at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/15) in a combined time of 46.68, the fifth-fastest time in school history…placed-seventh in the long jump at the Battle of the Blues (4/2) with a leap of 16-9.25 (5.11)…posted an 11th-place finish in the triple jump at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/15) with a mark of 40-0.00 (12.18).
Prior to Duke: Lettered four years in track & field at Freehold Township High School in Freehold, N.J., under the guidance of coaches Todd Briggs and Brian Golub…at the New Balance Games, produced the best indoor triple jump mark of her career, covering a distance of 40-4.00 (12.29) to place first…earned All-America status at the 2015 New Balance Nationals Indoor, taking sixth in the triple jump with a mark of 39-8.50 (12.10)…added another All-America accolade after placing third in the triple jump at the 2015 New Balance Nationals Outdoor, jumping a personal-best 40-1.25 (12.22)…captured gold at the 2015 New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) Outdoor State Championships, winning the Group 4 long jump competition with a personal-best leap of 18-10.00 (5.74)…took home third place in the triple jump at the same meet, covering a distance of 38-8.25 (11.79)…won the triple jump at the 2015 Eastern States Indoor Championships with a leap of 38-6.00 (11.73)…was named the News Transcript’s 2015 co-Senior Female Athlete of the Year…earned a spot on the 2015 All-Shore first team and was named Jumper of the Year and Sprinter of the Year by the Asbury Park Press…selected as the MVP of both the Monmouth County Championship and the Shore Conference County Championship…swept the triple jump and long jump titles at both the 2015 Shore Conference Championships and the Monmouth County Championships during the outdoor season…won gold in the 55-meter dash during the indoor season at both the Shore Conference Championships and the Monmouth County Championships…named Freehold Township High School’s Athlete of the Year as a senior… garnered her first All-America honor in 2014, running the 400-meter leg on Freehold Township’s distance medley relay that finished fifth at the New Balance Indoor Nationals…earned second team all-state honors as a junior in 2014…captured first in the triple jump at both the 2014 Shore Conference Championships and the Monmouth County Championships…earned a spot on the High Honor Roll all four years at Freehold Township High School…was part of Peer Mentoring, a selective group of students who spend time with children with special needs during their free time…member of Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) and Students Helping Honduras (SHH)…member of the Newspaper Club and Peer Leadership.
