STATESBORO, Ga. -- The Duke men’s golf team begins the spring portion of its schedule this weekend as six Blue Devils will compete individually at the Georgia Southern Collegiate on Sunday and Monday in Statesboro, Ga.
Senior Shrish Dwivedi with join juniors Steven DiLisio and Harrison Taee, sophomores Qi Wen Wong and Drew Powell and freshman Quinn Riley at the Georgia Southern Golf Club. Duke and 13 other team will play 36 holes on Sunday, and close with 18 holes on Monday.
The second-ranked Blue Devils have not competed since late October at the East Lake Cup in Atlanta. Duke won three stroke-play events in the fall and defeated No. 1 Oklahoma State in match play at the East Lake Cup.
Following the Georgia Southern event, Duke’s first team competition is slated for Feb. 21-23 at the John Burns Collegiate in Lihue, Hawaii.
