DURHAM, N.C. – With one week until the 2019 ACC Championship, the Duke men’s golf team will have five Blue Devils competing this weekend at the Stitch Intercollegiate, hosted by the MacGregor Downs Golf Club in Cary, N.C.
Senior Shrish Dwivedi will join junior Harrison Taee, sophomore Qi wen Wong, sophomore Drew Powell, and freshman Quinn Riley for the event, which begins Friday at 8:30 a.m. with 36 holes of play. The event wraps up with 18 holes on Saturday.
Duke’s five golfers will play as individuals this weekend and not factor in the team scoring. Live scoring for the event is available via golfstat.com
The ninth-ranked Blue Devils are coming off a strong second-place finish at the Clemson Invitational where they set the program’s 54-hole scoring record with a 41-under par.
Following the Stitch Intercollegiate, Duke heads to the ACC Championship, which is hosted at the Old North State Club April 18-20.
