GREENSBORO, N.C. – The ACC announced Wednesday the dates and location of the 2018 ACC Women’s Golf Championship have been changed.

Originally scheduled for April 20-22 at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, N.C., the championship will now be held at Grandover Resort & Conference Center’s East Course, also in Greensboro. The championship will also begin and conclude one day later, April 21-23. The practice round will take place Friday, April 20 at Grandover.

The championship will make its fourth appearance on the East Course and the first since 1999. Other dates include 1998 and 1996. The Blue Devils won team titles in all three of those occasions, while Beth Bauer (1999) and Jenny Chuasiriporn (1996) registered individual championships.

Duke is coming off claiming its 20th ACC Championship a year ago in Pawley’s Island, S.C., as the Blue Devils shot five-under-par, 859, at The Reserve Golf Club. Leona Maguire won her second ACC individual title shooting six-under, 210.

The pairings and tee times for the opening round will be announced on Wednesday, April 11.
