2009 Summer Action: Finished second in the AJGA Championship at the Virginian with rounds of 75, 75, 75 for a total of 225 ... advanced to match play at the Women's Western.

Prep: A 2007 first team Rolex Junior All-America and 2008 Honorable Mention Rolex Junior All-America … two-time Women’s U.S. Open qualifier and three-time Women’s U.S. Women’s Amateur qualifier (2007, 2006, 2005) … owns three career American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) titles by winning the 2007 TomatoBank Northern California Classic, 2007 Rolex Tournament of Champions and the 2007 Mizuno Junior at Chateau Elan in 2007 … since 2004, has recorded 23 top 10 finishes in AJGA events … played in nine AJGA events in 2008, posting a best finish of third at the Horseshoe Bend Junior Classic with rounds of 75-71=146 … participated in the 2008 U.S. Women’s Open and missed the cut with rounds of 79, 79 … notched five top 10 finishes in 11 events … played in the 2008 Canon Cup on the East Team … tallied six top five finishes and 10 top 20 finishes in 2007 … notched back-to-back wins at the Rolex Tournament of Champions and the Tomato Bank Northern California Classic … her lowest competitive score is 65, which she shot at the 2007 Scott Robertson Memorial … member of 2007 Junior Solheim Cup Team … played in the 2007 U.S. Women’s Amateur before falling in the first round of match play …qualified for the 2007 U.S. Women’s Open at Pine Needles and missed the cut with rounds of 74, 75 … in 2006, posted five top 10 finishes in 11 tournaments … had her best finish in 2006 at the Bridgestone Golf Junior Classic and the Natural Resource Partners Bluegrass Junior … totaled a second place (Nike Golf Junior at Jacksonville), third place (AJGA Andover Open) and third place (Lessing’s AJGA Classic) to open the 2005 AJGA campaign … in three AJGA Tournaments in 2004, placed eighth at the Nike Golf Junior at Jacksonville, fifth at the Nike Golf Junior at Lee County and second at the Nike Golf Junior at Louisville … lettered all four years on the boys’ golf team at Blacksburg High School … led her team to two state championships as a sophomore and junior … in the state championship, placed second as a sophomore, third as a junior, fourth as a senior and seventh as a freshman, individually … she has had two holes-in-one -- one when she was 11 in a local tournament from 121 yards with a 7-iron and one at the sectional qualifying for the 2006 U.S. Women’s Open from 180 yards with a 7-wood. 

Personal: Born December 28, 1990 in Blacksburg, Va. … daughter of Bill and Janet Ellenbogen … has one brother, Matt (19) … her father, Bill, played college football at Virginia Tech and graduated in 1973 … her father went on to play in the NFL from 1973 to 1980 with the New York Giants … her grandmother, Wilma, graduated from Duke in 1941 … plays the classical piano.

My Biggest thrill in sports has been... Winning the Rolex Tournament of Champions in 2007 and playing in several LPGA events.

My goal upon graduating from college is... To play on the LPGA Tour or do something in the business world.

My favorite athletes are... Dustin Pedroia because he plays like a big guy even though he is small.

My hobbies are... exercising, running, hiking, skiing, reading and playing the piano.

If I could bring three things from home with me to Durham they would be... My piano, the mountain view outside my room and my dog Kodi.

My dream job would be... Anything that lets me travel, make money and have enough influence/money to do something good in the world.

My craziest ambition is to... Base jump in the Grand Canyon.
