DURHAM, N.C. – When redshirt junior quarterback Daniel Jones went down with a fractured left clavicle at Northwestern, a pair of seniors helped to get hime back on the field.
Coach David Cutcliffe’s Duke Football Show spoke with linebacker Kevin Gehsmann and center Clark Bulleit as the two worked with a 3D printer to help create a pad for Jones to wear on the field. The pair of engineering majors showed what they did to enhance Jones' protection.
Duke returns to the field Saturday at Georgia Tech. Kickoff is set for 12:20 p.m. on Raycom Sports.
