LANCASTER, Pa. – Five Blue Devils have been selected to take part in USA Field Hockey's U21 Junior and Development Squad National Camps, as announced by the organization Friday following the conclusion of the 2017 Young Women's National Championship.

Duke featured nine selections to the Young Women's National Championship, marking the most of any collegiate institution.

Incoming freshman Lexi Davidson and rising sophomores Margaux Paolino, Haley Schleicher and Jillian Wolgemuth were all named to the U21 Junior National Camp while rising junior Morgan Bitting received an invitation to the Development Squad National Camp.

Davidson and Wolgemuth were members of the U.S. U19 junior national squad in 2017, and along with Schleicher, traveled to Germany with the U19 squad in April. Paolino is a member of the 2017 U.S. U21 junior national team, helping guide the squad to an eighth-place finish at last fall's Women's Hockey Junior World Cup.

Bitting also owns previous USA Field Hockey junior national team experience as a member of the U.S. U19 and U17 squads.

The 2017 U21 Junior and Development Squad National Camps will be held June 17-20 at Spooky Nook Sports in Lancaster, Pa.
