DURHAM, N.C. - Duke Athletics currently ranks 11th in the latest Learfield Directors' Cup Standings, released Thursday by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics.
Duke has secured 262.00 total points and is among 10 ACC schools ranked in the top 30, joining N.C. State (7th), Virginia (12th), North Carolina (15th), Wake Forest (t17th), Notre Dame (20th), Louisville (21st), Florida State (23rd), Virginia Tech (26th) and Clemson (28th). Stanford leads the overall rankings with 523.00 points.
To date, Duke has earned points in football (45), men’s soccer (64), field hockey (70) and women’s soccer (83).
The Learfield Directors’ Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and USA Today. Points are awarded based on each institution's finish in NCAA Championships.
