DURHAM, N.C.– Fans traveling to the Duke University West Campus on Saturday, February 16thshould be aware of the following parking alerts for Duke Men’s Lacrosse vs. Denver at Koskinen Stadium at 11:00 AM, Duke Men’s Tennis vs. North Carolina Central at Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center at 1:00 PM, and Duke Men’s Basketball vs. North Carolina State in Cameron Indoor Stadium at 6:00 PM. Please review the information below and leave extra time in your travels to avoid delays.

DUKE MEN’S LACROSSE PARKING INFORMATION

 

General Public Garage Parking for Men’s Lacrosse – NO TAILGATING– General Public Garage Parking for Men’s Lacrosse is located in Science Drive Garage on NC 751/Cameron Blvd. All game day entry/exit from Science Drive Garage is via the main entrance on NC 751/Cameron Blvd. between Erwin Road and Science Drive (GPS Address: 3100 Cameron Blvd).  There is NO TAILGATING inside Science Drive Garage (including the roof) – this policy will be strictly enforced on game day. Science Drive Garage will be available for Men’s Lacrosse parking from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Guests arriving after 12:00 PM will be directed to the Circuit Lots on Circuit Drive.   

 

General Public Tailgate Parking for Men’s Lacrosse – General Public Tailgate Parking is available in the Jogging Trail Lot on NC 751/Cameron Blvd. between Science Drive and Duke University Road and in the Circuit Lots on Circuit Drive. Tailgate parking for Men’s Lacrosse will open at 9:00 AM. There is a $10.00 charge to park after 2:00 PM – CASH ONLY. Tents, tables, games, etc. are not permitted in adjacent parking spaces or drive lanes – please use the grass areas around the lot. 

 

General Public Accessible Parking for Men’s Lacrosse - General Public accessible parking for guests with disabilities is available on Frank Bassett Drive off of Science Drive.An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for guests with disabilities is available on Frank Bassett Drive with access to the southeast entrance of Koskinen Stadium – please speak to the parking lot attendant for assistance.Frank Bassett Drive will be open for Men’s Lacrosse parking from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

DUKE MEN’S TENNIS PARKING INFORMATION

 

General Public Parking for Men’s Tennis - General Public Parking for Men’s Tennis is located in the Blue Zone Lots on Wannamaker Drive off of Towerview Road. Towerview Road can be accessed via Duke University Road. The Blue Zone Lots will open for Tennis match parking at 11:00 AM. There is a $10.00 charge to park after 2:00 PM – CASH ONLY. 

 

General Public Accessible Parking for Men’s Tennis - General Public accessible parking for guests with disabilities is available in the Blue Zone B-1 Lot on Wannamaker Drive off of Towerview Road.Towerview Road can be accessed via Duke University Road. An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for guests with disabilities is available in the Blue Zone B-1 Lot located on Towerview Road immediately outside Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center.The Blue Zone Lots will open for Tennis match parking at 11:00 AM. There is a $10.00 charge to park after 2:00 PM – CASH ONLY.

DUKE MEN’S BASKETBALL TRAFFIC ALERTS

Men’s Basketball Traffic Checkpoints– For all Duke Men’s Basketball home games, checkpoints are set-up on the roads surrounding campus to keep only necessary traffic on the interior roads of campus.  Checkpoints will become active on Saturday, February 16that 4:00 PM.  All Iron Duke Parking Permit Holders must have their Iron Duke Parking Permit hanging from their rearview mirror as they approach for access at these checkpoints and their designated lots.  Checkpoints are located at the following intersections:

  • Intersection of Science Drive and NC 751/Cameron Blvd.
  • Intersection of Towerview Road and Circuit Drive
  • Towerview Drive Traffic Circle


DUKE MEN’S BASKETBALL GAME PARKING INFORMATION

 

Iron Duke Parking for Men’s Basketball Game – Iron Duke Men’s Basketball parking operations will operate normally for fans with a Men’s Basketball Iron Duke parking pass.  All Iron Duke Lots will open with full game day service beginning at 3:00 PM. Men’s Basketball Iron Duke parking passes must be displayed for access to the lots.

 

Iron Duke Accessible Parking for Men’s Basketball Game – Iron Duke Men’s Basketball parking operations for persons with disabilities is available in the Whitford LotScience Drive Visitors’ Lot, and Science Drive Garage (Level 6).The Whitford Lot, Science Drive Visitors’ Lot, and Science Drive Garage will open for Men’s Basketball game day parking with full game day service beginning at 3:00 PM.  Shuttles for Persons with Mobility Impairments and ADA Lift equipped vans will begin full operations at 3:00 PM and run until one (1) hour post-game all of those lots.  

 

An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for persons with disabilities is located at the Science Drive Visitors’ Lot. To access the drop-off and pick-up point, see the attendant located at the entrance to the Science Drive Visitors’ Lot. 

 

General Public Parking for Men’s Basketball Game– General Public parking for Men’s Basketball is located in the Circuit Lots on Circuit Drive. General Public Lots will open at 2:00 PM for game parking. There is a $10 charge to park – CASH ONLY.  

 

General Public Accessible Parking for Men’s Basketball Game – General Public accessible parking for guests with disabilities for Men’s Basketball is available in Blue Zone B-5 Lot on Wannamaker Drive off of Towerview Road. Towerview Road can be accessed via Duke University Road. There is a $10.00 charge to park - CASH ONLY.Accessible parking will open with full game day service beginning at 3:00 PM.  

 

Accessible lift-equipped van service will be available for transportation from the shuttle drop-off/pick-up points in the Blue Zone at the Wilson Gate of Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium to the Krzyzewskiville sign on the north side of Cameron Indoor Stadium. This accessible lift-equipped van service will be available starting at 3:00 PM – please speak to the parking attendant for assistance. An accessible pedestrian route to Cameron Indoor Stadium is also available by following the sidewalk around Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium to the Bostock Gate and Tribull Plaza. 

 

An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for persons with disabilitiesis available in the Blue Zone B-5 Lot outside the Wilson Gate of Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium. Guests should use the accessible lift-equipped van for transportation to the stadium.  After drop-off, guests must park in a General Public parking lot. Post-game access to the accessible drop-off and pick-up point in the Blue Zone is permitted via Towerview Road from Duke University Road.
