2010: Listed as the starting quarterback ... slated to take the signal-calling reigns from graduated, two-time All-ACC quarterback Thaddeus Lewis, the school’s all-time leading passer (10,065 yards) ... possesses a keen understanding of Duke’s offensive system ... has excellent poise and temperament ... gained quality experience in 2009, appearing in five contests ... missed the contact portion of spring practice while recovering from knee surgery.
2009: Played in five games as the backup QB ... saw action against Army, Kansas, N.C.
