DURHAM, N.C. – Highlighted by first team selections Mark Gilbert and Joe Giles-Harris, a total of seven Blue Devils garnered All-ACC honors following voting by the league’s head coaches and selected media representatives.

Gilbert was the leading vote-getter among the league’s cornerbacks while Giles-Harris secured his second all-conference citation at linebacker after earning honorable mention accolades a season ago. In addition, center Austin Davis, safety Jeremy McDuffie and defensive tackle Mike Ramsay each received third team all-league honors while wide receiver T.J. Rahming and back Shaun Wilson garnered honorable mention recognition.

Davis, a 6-4, 290-pound redshirt senior from Mansfield, Texas, has spearheaded Duke’s offensive attack this season by opening holes for the trio of Wilson, Brittain Brown and Daniel Jones to combine for 1,835 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns while providing protection for Jones, who has thrown for 2,439 yards and 12 scores to eight different receivers.

Gilbert, a 6-1, 175-pound sophomore from Fayetteville, N.C., has compiled 31 tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, six interceptions and 13 pass breakups this season. Gilbert ranks second in the ACC and tied for third nationally with his 0.50 interceptions per game average while standing first in the league and sixth in the country in total passes defended per contest (1.58).

Giles-Harris, a 6-2, 230-pound redshirt sophomore from Nyack, N.Y., leads the Blue Devils in tackles (117) and tackles for loss (15.0) while adding 4.5 sacks, one interception, four pass breakups and seven quarterback pressures. He currently leads all ACC linebackers in tackles for loss while ranking third in the league and tied for 15th in the nation in tackles per game (9.75).

McDuffie, a 5-11, 175-pound junior from Snellville, Ga., started the first 11 games of the season before suffering a season-ending knee injury in Duke’s 43-20 win over Georgia Tech and amassed 58 tackles, three interceptions and nine pass breakups. McDuffie has now earned All-ACC honors in multiple sports after achieving second team all-league status in both the triple jump and 110-meter hurdles last spring.

Rahming, a 5-10, 165-pound junior from Powder Springs, Ga., paces Duke in receptions (61) and receiving yardage (733) on the year. He currently ranks seventh in the ACC in receiving yards per contest (61.1) and ninth in the league in catches per week (5.1).

Ramsay, a 6-2, 290-pound redshirt senior from Smyrna, Ga., has carded 42 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss and a team-leading 5.5 quarterback sacks. In the ACC, he ranks tied for 10th in sacks per game (0.46).

Wilson, a 5-9, 185-pound senior from Charlotte, N.C., was an honorable mention selection as an all-purpose back and leads the Blue Devils in rushing yards (743), kickoff return yardage (590) and all-purpose yards (1,581) while ranking second in scoring (48) and third in pass receptions (32). He currently ranks second in the conference in all-purpose yards per game (131.8).
