• Following an open date, Duke travels to face Georgia Tech on Saturday, October 13 ... Kickoff is set for 12:20 p.m., with TV coverage from Raycom Sports
• Duke is 7-6 following a traditional open date in the David Cutcliffe Era
• Beginning with the September 22 contest versus N.C. Central, an “MD” helmet decal will be donned by the Blue Devils to honor Duke Athletics Hall of Fame member Mary Dinkins, who passed away on Tuesday, September 4, at the age of 68
• Prior to the open date, Duke suffered its first loss of the 2018 campaign by dropping a 31-14 decision to Virginia Tech at home on September 29
