DURHAM, N.C.— On Sunday afternoon, the 16th-ranked Duke women’s basketball team concluded a busy weekend with back-to-back contests by taking down Presbyterian, 79-45, in Cameron Indoor Stadium. The Blue Devils improved to 5-1 on the season.
