DURHAM, N.C. – Due to the large expected crowd, fans traveling to the Duke University West Campus on Thursday, January 12 should be aware of the following parking, traffic and operational information for the Women’s Basketball game versus North Carolina at 7:00 PM on ACC Network in Cameron Indoor Stadium. Please review the information below, leave extra time in your travels to avoid delays and review our reminders about this season’s operational changes at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

DUKE WOMEN’S BASKETBALL STADIUM REMINDERS

Stadium Entry – All entrances to Cameron Indoor Stadium will open at 6:00 PM.  All guests and bags are subject to be searched prior to entering the stadium.  Upon arrival at the stadium, please have all jackets unzipped and open and have all bags ready to be checked.  For a list of prohibited items, please visit goduke.com/gameday and click on the Women’s Basketball A-Z Guide and scroll down to Prohibited Items.  Duke University reserves the right to deny any person or item from entering the stadium.    

Digital Ticketing – Skip the Ticket Office and General Will Call lines on game day by taking advantage of digital ticketing options.  Guests purchasing tickets through the Duke Ticket Office can log into their account at www.goduke.com/tickets to print tickets at home and access ticket PDFs on a mobile device.  All tickets will be scanned at the stadium doors for entry.

General Public Will Call – General Public Will Call for Thursday’s game on will be located at Duke Ticket Office windows at the Scott Family Athletic Performance Center. The Ticket Office is located across from the Rubenstein Pavilion entrance to Cameron Indoor Stadium (Whitford Drive side) next to the Johnson Family Team Store.  General Public Will Call opens at 6:00 PM.  Guests must present a valid ID in order to claim their tickets. 

Player/Guest Will Call – Guests who are looking to pick-up tickets left for them by a player or staff member from either team will pick-up tickets inside the Rubenstein Pavilion lobby (South Lobby) of Cameron Indoor Stadium at the interior ticket windows marked Player/Guest. Stadium Staff will help direct guests upon arrival. All guests must present a valid form of ID in order to claim their Player/Guest tickets. 

Ticket Sales – Guests looking to purchase a reserved or general admission ticket may do so at the Duke Ticket Office windows located at the Scott Family Athletic Performance Center.  For more information about tickets, please visit goduke.com and click on the tickets icon at the top of the page.

DUKE WOMEN’S BASKETBALL PARKING INFORMATION

Iron Duke Parking – Iron Duke Women’s Basketball parking operations will be in effect for fans with a Women’s Basketball Iron Duke parking pass.  The Public Policy, Card Gym, Grounds and Whitford Lots will open at 5:00 PM.  Women’s Basketball Iron Duke parking passes must be displayed for access to the lots.  For directions to all Iron Duke Parking Lots on Women’s Basketball game days as well as a parking/traffic map, please visit www.goduke.com/gameday, click on the Women’s Basketball A-Z Guide, and scroll down to Parking Information.

General Public Parking – General Public parking for Women’s Basketball is located in the Science Drive Garage on NC 751/Cameron Blvd. There is no charge to park in this location. The Science Drive Garage will open at 5:00 PM.  Please follow the directions of the message boards and parking and traffic staff around campus as they direct guests to this location. General Public Parking for Guests with Disabilities – General Public parking for persons with disabilities for Women’s Basketball is located in the Science Drive Visitors’ Lot located on Science Drive.  The Science Drive Visitors’ Lot will open at 5:00 PM.  There is no charge to park. Should overflow occur, please follow the direction parking staff as they direct guests to the Science Drive Garage on NC 751/Cameron Blvd. Shuttles for Persons with Mobility Impairments and an ADA Lift equipped van will begin operation at 5:00 PM and run until one (1) hour post-game and will service the Science Drive Visitors’ Lot and Science Drive Garage.  An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for persons with disabilities is located at the Science Drive Visitors’ Lot.  Guests will be transported via golf cart shuttle or ADA van to Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Post-game guests will be picked up at the Whitford Circle and transported back to the Science Drive Visitors’ Lot.  For directions to the Science Drive Visitors’ Lot as well as a parking/traffic map, please visit www.goduke.com/gameday and click on the Women’s Basketball and scroll down to Parking Information.

Bus Parking for Women’s Basketball – Bus parking for Women’s Basketball is located in the Grounds Lot on NC 751/Cameron Blvd.  There is no charge for bus parking.  Unless assistance is required to accommodate guests with disabilities, there is no drop-off/pick-up location for buses immediately outside Cameron Indoor Stadium.  All guests should unload/load the bus in the Grounds Lot and walk to/from the stadium.  For directions to these lots on Women’s Basketball game days as well as a parking/traffic map, please visit www.goduke.com/gameday, click on the Women’s Basketball A-Z Guide and scroll down to Parking Information.
