2019: Apart of the winningest senior class in Duke history, amassing 143 wins across his four-year career, including NCAA Tournament appearances in three of his four seasons and back-to-back Super Regional appearances … elected to the team’s leadership council for the fourth straight year, and selected as the team captain for the 2019 squad … made 20 appearances on the mound across his senior campaign, recording 42 strikeouts across his 39.2 innings of work … sported a team-low ERA of 1.59 (7 ER/39.2 IP) … earned his first career save in game two at Virginia (3/10), working the final 2.0 innings, allowing one hit and two walks, while recording a pair of strikeouts … notched a save in the win at Davidson (3/26), tossing the final 1.1 frames, recording two strikeouts in the effort … worked a career-high tying 4.1 innings in the series finale with Virginia Tech (4/14), yielding only one hit while recording four strikeouts … picked up his first win of the season in the series finale at Clemson (4/21), covering the final 2.2 scoreless frames, allowing only one hit while walking one and striking out a pair … made the final appearance of his career in the final game of the Nashville Super Regional against Vanderbilt (6/9), working 3.0 innings, yielding one earned run on two hits and two walks while collecting three punchouts.
