"My focus has improved since being here. I’m more aware of the little things and all of my actions, whether it be my pitch location or patting my teammate on the back during weights. It all matters."
Describe What It Was Like To Be A Part Of A Program That’s Only Entering Year Two.
"It’s an incredible feeling to comprehend the importance of your role during the early stages of a program. What you do now and the standards you set are not only for yourself, but for the program for years to come. We not only take pride in the jersey we wear now, but also the name we wear across our chest."
What’s One Personal Goal You Have Set For Yourself During The 2019 Season?
"Obviously there are the materialistic goals on making All-ACC team, but I also want to develop my voice on this team and really work on being the best role model I can be to motivate the future generation of athletes."
What Does It Mean To You To Be A Part Of The Duke Softball Family?
"It means having people who have your back no matter what. The Duke Softball family is not just a four year temporary friends. These girls will be my family forever and I am so incredibly thankful for each and every one of them every day."
