DURHAM, N.C. – Blue Devils continue to shine on the national stage this summer, as five members of the Duke field hockey program received invitations to the U.S. U-21 Selection Camp Monday. Selections were announced by USA Field Hockey following the 2019 Young Women’s National Championship and National Futures Championship.

Rising sophomores Leah Crouse and Olivia Sahaydak, along with incoming freshmen Hannah Miller, Kelsey Reznick and Josie Varney were all invited to the U-21 Selection Camp, slated for December at Spooky Nook Sports in Lancaster, Pa.

Last month, rising Duke seniors Haley Schleicher and Jillian Wolgemuth were tabbed to move on to the Women’s Development Team Selection Camp, which will also take place in December at the home of USA Field Hockey.

A total of nine Blue Devils competed at June’s Young Women’s National Championship.
