Honors: ACC Academic Honor Roll (2012)

2011-12: Wrapped up his freshman campaign with a strong showing at the Virginia Tech Invitational ... advanced to the finals in three events at that meet, notching season-best times in the 50 free (21.94) and the 100 free (47.59) ... also swam a season-best mark of 52.63 in the 100 back prelims ... cut over three seconds off of 100 back time during the course of the season ... selected to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

Prep: Four-year letterwinner at Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora, Colo. ... earned All-America and Academic All-America honors ... three-time state champion ... named all-state and all-city as a senior ... member of the National Honor Society.
