No. 7 Duke faces No. 10 Pennsylvania in the Blue Devils final regular season game Saturday, April 28 ... Opening draw is set for 12 p.m., at Koskinen Stadium.

2012 Season Notes 
No. 7 Duke is 10-6 overall and 3-2 in the ACC ... The Blue Devils began the season 8-2, but have dropped four of their past six contests ... All six of Duke's losses have come against ranked teams ... Freshman Kerrin Maurer is the team's leading scorer with 48 points (24g, 24a) and classmate Taylor Trimble is tied for the team lead with 24 goals ... Senior Kim Wenger has totaled a career-high 22 goals and is second on the team with 38 points, while redshirt senior Emma Hamm is third with 34 points (17g, 17a) ... Hamm leads the squad with 81 draw controls, a Duke single season record, and sits atop the ACC with a 5.06 draw controls per game average ... Hamm also leads the team with 18 caused turnovers ... Duke has held 11 of its 16 opponents to nine goals or fewer this season ... The Blue Devils' own a team goals against average of 8.86, their lowest mark since the 2006 season ... Senior Mollie Mackler has started all 16 games in goal ... She leads the conference in saves per game (7.12) and ranks third in save percentage (.452) ... This past week, Duke had two players named Tewaaraton Award nominees in Hamm and Wenger.

Last Time Out 
Duke fell to Maryland, 12-3, on April 21 in the ACC Championship semifinals ... Duke received a goal each from Kat Thomas, Taylor Trimble and Kim Wenger, while Kerrin Maurer and Molly Quirke each added an assist ... Alex Aust led the way for the Terps with seven points on three goals and four assists, followed by Katie Schwarzman with four goals and Karri Ellen Johnson with two goals and two assists ... The Blue Devils did not allow a Terrapins goal for nearly 23 minutes to start the game ... Mollie Mackler made 12 saves, her fourth double-digit save performance of the season ... The Blue Devils were outshot 28-13 for the game.

Scouting the Quakers 
Penn is 8-5 overall (6-1 Ivy) in 2012 after defeating No. 17 Princeton, 13-8 Wednesday, April 25 ... The Quakers average average 11.6 goals per game and have limited their opponents to 9.9 goals per game ... Penn's offense is led by Erin Brennan (27g, 23a), while Meredith Cain (26g, 5a), Courtney Tomchik (22g, 5a), Caroline Bunting (20g, 6a) and Maddie Poplawski (24g, 1a) have each topped the 25-point plateau ... In goal, Emily Leitner has started all 13 games and sports an 9.89 goals against average and .427 save percentage.

Penn Series History 
Saturday's match marks the seventh all-time meeting between Duke and Penn ... The Blue Devils trail the Quakers are tied 3-3 in the series ... Two of Duke's three victories over Penn have come at home as the Blue Devils are a perfect 2-0 when facing the Quakers in Durham ... Three of the two teams' six meetings have been in the NCAA Tournament.

Six current Blue Devils have registered at least one point against Penn during their careers ... Redshirt senior Emma Hamm (5g, 4a) leads the way with nine points.

Record Pace 
Redshirt senior Emma Hamm is climbing the all-time NCAA career draw control records ... Hamm is currently in sixth place on the list ... The Wayne, Pa., native is the only Blue Devil to top the 200 career draw control mark and holds the school record with 251, 89 mores than the closest Blue Devil ... This season, Hamm is averaging 5.0 draw controls per game to lead the conference and rank eighth nationally ... Hamm has already set the Duke single season record (75), eclipsing her previous mark of 70 set last season.

Hamm & Wenger Tewaaraton Nominees 
Redshirt senior Emma Hamm and senior Kim Wenger are among the 25 nominees for the 2012 Tewaaraton Award as announced April 25 ... Hamm, a finalist for the award last season, has been recognized as a nominee for the second consecutive season, while Wenger earns her first nod on the list ... The Blue Devils have one Tewaaraton winner in program history as Katie Chrest claimed the honor following the 2005 season.

Three Blue Devils Named All-ACC 
Emma Hamm, Mollie Mackler and Kim Wenger garnered All-ACC honors as announced by the league Thursday, April 19 ... Both Hamm, a three-time All-ACC honoree, and Wenger picked up their second consecutive all-conference honors, while Mackler earned her first All-ACC accolade.

Elite Company 
Redshirt senior Emma Hamm has established herself as one of the best players in Duke history ... Hamm is the first player in program history with 75 or more goals, assists, ground balls, draw controls and caused turnovers in a career ... She is also the 14th player in program history to reach the 100-goal plateau, the fifth to record 75-plus career assists and the fourth to achieve both.

Wenger Approaching Century Mark 
Senior Kim Wenger has totaled 98 career points on 56 goals and 42 assists ... With two more points, the Malvern, Pa., native would become the 18th Blue Devil to reach the 100-career point plateau ... In addition, Wenger has amassed 106 career draw controls ... She is the ninth player in Duke history to surpass 100 career draw controls ... Should Wenger reach 100 career points, she would be the seventh Blue Devil to total 100 points and 100 draw controls in a career, joining Carolyn Davis, Rachel Sanford, Caroline Cryer, Katie Chrest, Emma Hamm and Kat Thomas.

Thomas Returns from Injury 
After missing the first 13 games of the season due to injury, senior Kat Thomas returned to action against Boston College on April 7 ... A preseason All-America choice, Thomas ranks fourth in the Duke record books in draw controls (153), 14th in goals (107) and 17th in points (116) for a career ... She has totaled three goals, four points, three ground balls, four draw controls and two caused turnovers in three games this season.

Mackler Among Top ACC Goalies 
In ACC games, senior Mollie Mackler led the league in both saves per game (6.00) and save percentage (.417) ... Overall, she is tops in the ACC in saves per game (7.12), while ranking third in save percentage (.452).

Mackler on Pace for Career Best GAA 
Senior goaltender Mollie Mackler has posted a career-best 8.76 goals against average this season, good for third in the conference ... That mark is also the lowest by a Blue Devil goalie since Megan Huether posted a 7.34 goals against average in 2006.

15-Save Performances 
Senior Mollie Mackler earned ACC Defensive Player of the Week honors on March 12 after stopping 18 shots in Duke's win over No. 15 Georgetown ... The performance marked the fourth time Mackler has posted 15 or more saves in her career ... Since 2001, the Longmeadow, Mass., native is the only Blue Devil goalie to record four games with 15-plus saves.

Welcome to Duke 
One of the more diverse groups to matriculate at Duke, the Class of 2015 is comprised of nine freshmen from eight different states ... All nine of the Blue Devil freshmen have seen playing time this season with four entering the starting lineup at least once this year ... Kerrin Maurer and Taylor Trimble earned their first career starts in the season opener against Bucknell, while Erin Tenneson started at Dartmouth and Gabby Moise at North Carolina.

Freshmen Firsts 
Freshmen Kerrin Maurer and Taylor Trimble currently lead the team with 24 goals each ... Duke has never finished a season with two rookies leading the team in goals scored.

Immediate Impact 
Freshman Kerrin Maurer is off to a prolific start to her collegiate career ... The rookie from Setauket, N.Y., dished out five assists in the season opener against Bucknell to tie the school single-game record ... Maurer is now one of only five Blue Devils to ever total five assists in a single game ... She currently leads Duke in goals (24), assists (23) and points (47) for the season ...  In the Duke freshmen records, Maurer has set the mark for assists and is fourth in points ... Only three freshmen have ever led the Blue Devils in points their rookie season: Katie Chrest (2003), Tricia Martin (1997) and Meghan McLaughlin (1996)

Dynamic Duo 
Rookies Kerrin Maurer (24g, 24a) and Taylor Trimble  (24g, 2a) have combined for 74 points this season ... Only one other freshmen duo - Emma Hamm and Sarah Bullard in 2008 - has combined for more points (82) in Duke history.

Moise Steps Up 
After Duke lost two seniors on the defensive unit, freshman Gabby Moise has stepped up to fill the void ... The rookie has started the past four games for the Blue Devils and earned her first start against North Carolina on March 30 ... Prior to the UNC match, she had seen playing time in just one game this year, the season opener against Bucknell ... In her four games as a starter, Moise has totaled four ground balls, six caused turnovers and one draw control ... She was named ACC Defensive Player of the Week on April 10, following her second start of the season, a 12-11 win over then-No. 20 Boston College.
