CJ Dangerous off the Faceoff Senior long stick midfielder CJ Costabile has been a key member of the faceoff midfield throughout his career ... Whether on the wing or at the X, Costabile is always a threat to create goals ... Wigrizer Hitting His Stride After missing three games to injury and losing the starting job in three other contests, junior goaltender Dan Wigrizer is playing his best lacrosse of the season ... Playing the majority of minutes in the past 11 games, he is sporting an 8.48 goals against average and a .532 save percentage in that stretch.
Wigrizer Part of Elite Fraternity Junior Dan Wigrizer is part of a small fraternity of goaltenders who captured NCAA Championships as freshmen between the pipes ... He is one of six freshmen goalies to achieve the feat ... Wigrizer joins Rodney Rullman (Virginia, 1972), Kevin Mahon (Johns Hopkins, 1974), Quint Kessenich (Johns Hopkins, 1987), Derek Kenney (Virginia, 1999) and current Duke volunteer assistant coach John Galloway (Syracuse, 2008) ...
