DURHAM, N.C. -- Former Duke quarterback Thaddeus Lewis played in his first NFL game in the final week of the 2012 regular season, drawing a start as the Cleveland Browns quarterback in week 17 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Lewis recently sat down with to reflect on his performance.

A two-time All-ACC selection who is Duke's all-time leader in passing yards (10,065) and touchdown passes (67), Lewis finished his NFL debut with a passer rating of 83.3 against a Steelers pass defense that allowed the fewest passing yards per game in the league. Lewis completed 22-of-32 (.688) passes for 204 yards, one touchdown and one interception. His 7-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter went to former University of North Carolina wide receiver Greg Little, who Lewis played against during his time at Duke.
