DURHAM, N.C. -- The Blue Devil Network sat down with Duke rising sophomore guard Rasheed Sulaimon, who helped the USA Men's Basketball U19 Team win the 2013 FIBA U19 Championship last week.
Sulaimon, a 6-4, 190-pound guard from Houston, Texas, started seven of eight games for Team USA and averaged 8.4 points and 2.8 rebounds per game. He tied for the team lead with 15 made three-pointers and .405 (15-of-37) from beyond the arc.
In 2013-14, Sulaimon will look to build on an impressive freshman campaign in which he garnered ACC All-Freshman Team honors after averaging 11.6 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game while starting 33 of 36 contests.
