DURHAM, N.C.—The second installment of the 2013 Duke men’s lacrosse coaching clinic is set for Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. in the Murray Building team room. In addition to the great opportunity to pick the brains of the Duke coaching staff, attending or watching the clinic online will help towards a Level 3 continuing education credit from US Lacrosse.
Duke and US Lacrosse are teaming up to help grow the game and continue education efforts across the country. If you are already a US Lacrosse member and would like help towards earning a Level 3 continuing education credit from US Lacrosse, simply attend or watch online. There will be a sign-in sheet for those attending the clinic and that will be passed along to the organization.
For those tuning in live or via the archives on GoDuke.com, you’ll have to fill out a quick form and submit it following the clinic. There will be a passcode for each online clinic that head coach John Danowski will announce twice throughout the evening. It also will be shown on the board twice.
In addition, coaches can submit topics they would like covered via twitter by using the hashtag #askdukelax. The staff will take a look at these ideas and attempt to cover all of the topics submitted over the course of the three remaining clinics.
The archived clinics will be available the following afternoon on GoDuke.com. There will be a link to the form on the right-hand side of all stories involving the clinics. Any questions can be directed to Meredith Rieder at email@example.com.
