DURHAM -- Just two nights away from the first Duke-North Carolina meeting of the season, Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski and Blue Devils Rodney Hood, Tyler Thornton, Quinn Cook, and Amile Jefferson spoke with the media Monday afternoon. The game tips off at 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Dean E. Smith Center in Chapel Hill.

Duke (19-5, 8-3 ACC) enters the matchup winners of seven of their past eight games with their only loss during that span coming at the hands of now-No. 1 Syracuse, 91-89 in overtime. During its recent hot streak, the Blue Devils have outscored the opposition by 17.0 points per game with five 20-point wins during that stretch. Key to Duke’s recent surge is the play of freshman Jabari Parker, who was named ACC Player and ACC Rookie of the Week Monday after averaging 25.0 points and 12.0 rebounds in Duke’s wins over Boston College and Wake Forest.

Check out the attached videos to hear about more keys to Duke’s recent success as well as what the Blue Devils feel they need to do to come out with a win Sunday.
