? Duke is ranked second in both the AP poll and the ESPN/USA Today Coaches poll. The Blue Devils have spent 228 weeks ranked in the top five of the AP poll under Coach K. North Carolina is ranked third in both polls.

? Senior DeMarcus Nelson continued his outstanding play with 21 points, six rebounds, four assists (zero turnovers) and two steals in Duke's win over Miami. Nelson has scored 20 or more points in five of the last six Duke home games.
? Greg Paulus knocked down four three-point field goals and all four of his free throw attempts in a 16-point effort on Saturday. He also grabbed a season-high six rebounds to tie for the team lead.
