The rookie midfielder netted the game-winning goal Friday evening in Williamsburg to lead the Blue Devils to a 1-0 victory at William and Mary.
In Duke's 4-3 overtime win at No. 19 Old Dominion, the Worcester, England native paced the Blue Devil offense with four points, assisting on Duke's first two goals and tallying the third. She was also instrumental in the game-winning goal, intercepting a Lady Monarch pass to start a breakaway for the Blue Devils.
Le Marchand leads Duke on the year with seven goals and three assists for 17 points. That season total marks the most points by a Duke rookie since Amie Survilla, a former All-America choice, also totaled 17 points (8g, 1a) in 2006.
The Blue Devils return to action Saturday, Oct. 23, taking on No. 11 Penn State in University Park, Pa., at 12 p.m.
