Boston College quarterback Matt Ryan completed 23-of-37 passes for 219 yards and two touchdowns while the Eagles rushed for 241 yards and two more scores on the night.
Duke quarterback Thaddeus Lewis hit on 20-of-40 throws for 131 yards with a pair of interceptions.
Duke's lone touchdown of the evening came on a one-yard plunge by running back Clifford Harris early in the second period.
