DURHAM, N.C.—Duke University sophomore
Natasha Anasi completed a training session with the U.S. U-23 Women's National Team this spring, including a trip to Spain for the Four Nations Tournament. The training experience for Anasi was a great opportunity. Anasi took time away to chat with GoDuke.com recently about her travels, training and playing against some of the top soccer players in the nation.
Anasi, who is a native of Arlington, Texas, was the 2011 ACC Defensive Player of the Year and NSCAA First Team All-America. She helped lead Duke to the NCAA College Cup, a school-record 22 victories and a school-record 16 shutouts on the season.
