Setting the Scene...
The 16th-ranked Duke women's basketball team (19-8, 10-4) will conclude a four-game road swing at Georgia Tech (15-13, 5-9) Thursday, February 26 at 7:00 p.m., at the McCamish Pavilion in Atlanta, Ga.
The contest will be aired on ESPN3 with Brandon Gaudin (PBP) and Angel Gray (Color). It will also be carried live on the Blue Devil IMG Sports Network on WDNC 620 AM, 99.3 FM, 96.5 FM and www.GoDuke.com with Steve Barnes (PXP) and Morgan Patrick (Color) on the air.
What is Next?...
Duke will close the regular season Sunday, March 1 by hosting North Carolina at 3:00 p.m., on ESPN2. It will mark senior day for Elizabeth Williams, Amber Henson, Ka'lia Johnson and Jenna Frush.
Storylines/Other Blue Devil Notes...
• Elizabeth Williams needs 138 points to reach 2,000 in her career.
• Azurá Stevens has totaled three straight games with double-doubles and owns seven on her rookie campaign, which ranks tied third on the Duke freshman list. She is just the second Blue Devil freshman to notch three straight double-doubles (Chris Moreland, 1984-85). Over the last three games, Stevens has averaged 12.0 points, 11.3 rebounds and 2.0 steals.
• Elizabeth Williams has moved into 24th place on the ACC career rebound and free throws attempted lists and 25th in field goals made and attempted.
• Azurá Stevens' 8.3 rebounds per game ranks as the eighth-highest average among freshmen nationally. Her 87 offensive rebounds ranks tied sixth nationally overall.
• Senior Ka'lia Johnson ranks tied fourth in the ACC with a 2.0 steals per game average in ACC play.
• Over the last two games, Duke has averaged only 54.5 points, hit 36.1 percent from the field and dished an average of 9.5 assists.
• Senior Amber Henson has struggled from the field as of late hitting only 4-of-20 field goals and missed seven straight three-pointers.
• Ka'lia Johnson (10) and Elizabeth Williams (9) lead Duke in charges taken this season. Williams owns 28 over her career.
• The Blue Devils snapped a 28-game streak of hitting at least one three-pointer as Duke went 0-of-12 at Notre Dame. Duke broke a streak of 0-of-18 treys against Notre Dame and N.C. State in the second half versus the Wolfpack. The Blue Devils have hit only 3-of-last-30 three-pointers attempted.
• Duke's eight losses on the season is the second-most under Coach P since arriving in Durham in 2007-08. The Blue Devils lost 10 in her first season (25-10).
• Elizabeth Williams now leads all centers in the nation with a 2.4 assists per game average. She averaged 1.6 assists as a freshman, 1.3 as a sophomore and 2.2 as a junior.
• The final Coach P Radio show date will be Monday, March 2 at 6:00 p.m., at NOSH.
• Duke is the only team in the ACC that features four straight road games during league play.
• Duke has a very challenging slate in 2014-15 and it currently ranks No. 5 nationally in strength of schedule -- Tennessee (1), Kentucky (2), Vanderbilt (3), Notre Dame (4), Duke (5).
• The Blue Devils have reached 10 league victories for the 18th straight season. The streak is the longest in the ACC with the next closest being UNC (2).
• Duke has had five different post players miss at least one game this season -- Azurá Stevens, Elizabeth Williams, Oderah Chidom and Lyneé Belton.
• Duke is averaging 18.4 turnovers a game, which is the most for a Blue Devil squad since the 1990-91 campaign (19.4).
• The Blue Devils rank fourth in the ACC in three-point field goal percentage (32.8) in 14 ACC contests, but has allowed an ACC-most 114 treys.
• Duke has allowed an ACC-most 692 three-point field goals attempted, but ranks second in the league with a 28.3 opponent percentage from downtown. The next closest ACC team in terms of opponents treys attempted is Boston College (575).
• Rebecca Greenwell's 33 three-pointers in ACC action ranks tied fourth.
• Boston College (197), Georgia Tech (196) and Duke (196) have allowed the most treys in the ACC.
• Opponents have hit 108 three-pointers in the last 13 games, including a team-high 13 by Boston College and Syracuse.
• Duke has averaged 54.8 points in the eight losses this season, while hitting 34.2 percent of its field goals.
• With the loss of Oderah Chidom, Duke is down to nine scholarship players, which includes walk-on turned scholarship player Jenna Frush.
• The Blue Devils rank second nationally in rebounding margin (13.7). Duke is also averaging 30.0 defensive rebounds a game, which ranks No. 8.
• The Blue Devils currently rank first in the ACC and sixth nationally with a 33.9 field goal percentage defense.
• Senior Ka'lia Johnson ranks No. 4 in the ACC with a 4.1 assist per game average. She has dished 111 assists this season and had 39 assists her first three years combined.
• Duke lost four games prior to January for the first time since the 1998-99 campaign, when the Blue Devils advanced to the NCAA Final Four for the first time in school history.
• Senior Elizabeth Williams ranks tied second in the ACC and No. 19 nationally with a 2.8 blocks per game average.
• Duke lost three straight games for the first time since the 2007-08 campaign, which was Coach P's first year at Duke. It snapped a 242 consecutive game streak without losing back-to-back games. During the stretch, Duke lost by a combined nine points and played without senior Elizabeth Williams in two of the games.
• Joanne P. McCallie entered the 2014-15 campaign with a 73.2 winning percentage, which ranks 19th overall on the NCAA Division I coaching charts.

The Series with Georgia Tech...
Duke leads the all-time series against Georgia Tech with a record of 59-7. Georgia Tech has not beaten the Blue Devils since Feb. 27, 1994 when the Yellow Jackets won 61-56 in a game played in Atlanta.
Duke holds a 37-game winning streak against Georgia Tech, including a 16-game win streak in Atlanta, Ga. In games played at Georgia Tech, Duke is 25-5.

Georgia Tech enters Thursday with a 15-13 overall and 5-9 league mark. Kaela Davis (20.3 points, 58 treys), Sydney Wallace (13.1 points, 2.6 rebounds), Aaliyah Whiteside (12.5 points, 6.3 rebounds), Zaire O'Neill (11.5 points, 5.8 rebounds) and Roddreka Rogers (9.4 points, 9.8 rebounds) have paced the Yellow Jackets on the season.
So far this year, Georgia Tech is 9-6 at home.

Hey, I Know You!...
Duke alumna and former All-America Michele Van Gorp, who is the Director of Recruiting Operations at Duke, will return to Georgia Tech this week, after spending the 2012-13 campaign with the Yellow Jackets as the Director of Basketball Operations.
Van Gorp is a 1999 graduate of Duke and led the Blue Devils to the NCAA Final Four during her final year.
Duke's Rebecca Greenwell and Georgia Tech's Kaela Davis each played on the 2011 USA Basketball U16 National Team that produced a 5-0 record and the gold medal in Merida, Mexico.
Duke Nears 20 Wins...
With a victory against Georgia Tech Thursday, Duke would register its 18th consecutive 20-win season and the 20th out of the last 21 years. Head Coach Joanne P. McCallie would total her 20th different 20-win season over her 23-year coaching career and 11th straight.
Looking at the national scene, Tennessee owns a 39-year streak of reaching 20 wins, while Connecticut is second (22) and Duke's 17 straight years is third.

Duke has totaled a 5-7 record on the road this season, but is coming in with a two-game losing streak. During a stretch, Duke had lost five in a row, but four of the losses were against ranked opponents and two were without Elizabeth Williams.
