Playing for Special Cause in Milwaukee
Saturday's game between Duke and Marquette will be a part of a new event called the HEAD Coaches Classic in support of the HEADstrong Foundation ... The foundation was started in memory of Nick Colleluori, who played lacrosse at Hofstra and passed away from B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2006 ... Colleluori has a special connection to both Duke and Marquette as both head coaches John Danowski and Joe Amplo coached him during his time at Hofstra ... Marquette will don special apparel for the game and both teams will wear HF shoelace and Relentless27 chinstraps ... The HEADstrong Foundation has raised 6.1 million dollars and is continually trying to improve quality of life for those affected by blood cancers ... Busy Week Ahead for the Blue Devils
The Blue Devils continue their three games in seven days stretch this coming week with Wednesday's battle at Stony Brook before heading to Milwaukee to take on Marquette Saturday ... Duke will leave Durham for Long Island Tuesday evening, return to Duke Thursday early afternoon and then jet off to Milwaukee Friday afternoon ... That means it's a player's week with just two days of practice mixed in between two games.

Myles Jones headlines the Duke offense and is tops among all midfielders nationally with 29 goals and 27 assists for 56 points ... Justin Guterding leads the team with 35 goals and has 47 points overall ... Junior Deemer Class has 27 goals and 13 assists for 40 points to bolster the first midfield line ... Jack Rowe handles faceoff duties, sporting a .548 win percentage (159-of-290) ... Sophomore Brian Dunne leads the close defense with 12 caused turnovers, while Will Haus anchors the defensive midfield with 10 takeaways ... Haus and Brian Dailey are also key members of Duke's faceoff team, picking up 39 and 24 ground balls, respectively ... Jordan Wolf, who matched his career high with seven total points on the day, scored two goals in the opening half as the Blue Devils raced to a 7-0 lead ... Goalkeeper Luke Aaron, who surrendered just two goals before giving way to Justin Turri after three periods, carded eight of his career-high 11 saves in the opening 30 minutes ... Fowler Solid Between the Pipes
Redshirt freshman Danny Fowler has started each of the past three games and is averaging 12.33 saves per game in that stretch ... He recently was named the ACC Defensive Player of the Week after making a career-high 18 saves in Duke's 15-8 win over Virginia ... The Wantagh, N.Y., native made 13 saves in his first career start at North Carolina and had six saves against Notre Dame.

Myles Jones has a hat trick in seven of his 12 outings and has at least five points in seven of the 12 games ... He is three assists shy of moving into 10th on the Duke single-season assists list and is six short of passing Jim Gonnella's midfield record set in 1997 ...
