Duke Alumni Meet Opened to Public

DURHAM, N.C. -- Fans of Duke's cross country program now have a chance to compete against current team members and returning alumni of former Blue Devil teams, as Friday evening's Duke Alumni Meet will be opened to the public. Free registration for the event will occur in Morris Williams Track & Field Stadium prior to the women's four-kilometer race.

Registration for the competition will close at 5 p.m., 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the women's four-kilometer race, which is slated for a 5:30 p.m. start. The men's six-kilometer race will begin shortly after, at 6 p.m.

Both races will start on the track in Morris Williams Track & Field Stadium, before competitors will crossover Cameron Boulevard onto the Al Buehler Trail. The race will conclude on the track.
