DURHAM, N.C.—The Duke wrestling team will hold its annual Blue-White wrestle-offs Saturday Oct. 28 as it prepares for its opening tournament Nov. 5. The first match will begin at 11 a.m., and will take place in Krzyzewskiville if weather permits. If there is adverse weather, Duke will wrestle in its wrestling room in the Wilson Center.
Fans who are interested in catching an early glimpse at the Blue Devils can tune in on Facebook Live. GoDuke.com will bring you the action mat-side starting at 11 a.m. Fans can follow Duke wrestling on Facebook at www.facebook.com/DukeWRES.
The match will be the first competitive action for nine Blue Devils as the team looks to solidify a lineup heading into the long 2017-18 campaign. The first match will be at 197 between Araad Fisher and Alec Schenk. Both are bumping up a weight from last season.
Fisher will end the day as well, taking on Luke Farinaro, while Mitch and Zach Finesilver will exhibition matches against rookie Ben Anderson and either Garrett Neff or Maliik Marcin, respectively.

Duke opens the 2017-18 season at the Southeast Open Nov. 5. The Blue Devils kick off the dual portion of the schedule Jan. 6 at the Carolina Duals in Chapel Hill.
