Duke Begins Bowl Prep in Durham

DURHAM, N.C. – The 2017 practice schedule resumed this week for Duke, which will play in a bowl game for the fifth time in six seasons, a first in program history. The Blue Devils have eight total workouts on campus before heading to the Motor City for the Quick Lane Bowl on Thursday, December 21.
Blue Devil Network's Dave Harding caught up with third team All-ACC redshirt senior center Austin Davis to discuss how bowl practices are going, the excitement of the upcoming trip to Detroit and what it means to the program to return to a bowl game.
Duke kicks off against Northern Illinois on December 26 at 5:15 p.m. with the contest being televised live on ESPN. Tickets are available on GoDuke.com.
