Need To Know…
Dorsey's Hot Streak Continues…
It's been a fantastic start to the 2017 season for senior Imani Dorsey. The Elkridge, Md., native has collected a point in all six matches so far and has scored in a goal in five-straight games. That stretch is the longest since Casey McCluskey scored in six-straight contests in 2004. Through six games she is just two goals short of tying her career high for scores in a season (7 in 2015).
For her dominance last weekend, which included the game winner against UNCW, Dorsey landed on TopDrawerSoccer's Team of the Week.
Proctor And Stevens Moving Up The Record Book…
After Sunday's win, senior EJ Proctor and sophomore Ella Stevens made moves in the Duke career record book. Proctor upped her GAA to 0.78, which is tops in school history, while her 22 shutouts put her eight behind third place. Stevens recorded her sixth-career game-winning goal, moving her into a tie for 14th.

Last Friday's win was more than just a mark in the win column for the Blue Devils. The victory gave head coach Robbie Church his 200th victory as the boss of Duke women's soccer, a career that spans over 17 seasons with 14 NCAA Tournament appearances and two NCAA Finalist nods. With the win, Church becomes the sixth active ACC coach to capture 200 victories at his or her respective school.
