- Dropped to 15-5 overall and 4-3 in ACC play
- Snapped a four-game ACC win streak
- Broke a seven-game winning streak against UNC and three-game streak in Chapel Hill
- Moved the all-time series record to 50-46 against UNC
- Coach P moved to 16-11 against the Tar Heels
- Moved to 4-5 on the road this season, snapping a two-game win streak
Redshirt Sophomore Haley Gorecki
- Scored a career-high 29 points, while grabbing nine rebounds
- Back-to-back 20+ points game for the first time in her career
- Scored 57 points over last two games
- Posted 20+ points for the fourth time this season
- Attempted a career-high 15 three-pointers, which is the second-most by a Duke player in school history
- Notched 10 straight points in the second quarter and finished with 12 in the first half
- Her nine rebounds were a season high against an ACC opponent
Fifth-Year Senior Lexie Brown
- Collected her second career double-double at Duke with 19 points and 10 rebounds
- Is now one steal away from becoming the third NCAA player to register over 1,800 points, 500 assists, 200 three-pointers and 300 steals
- Totaled 10 first quarter points and finished the first half with 12 total
Fifth-Year Senior Rebecca Greenwell
- With her 10 points, moved into sole possession of ninth place on Duke's all-time scoring list (1,672). She passed Tricia Liston (1,664).
- Started her 111th career game, which ranks tied 10th on Duke's all-time charts
Senior Erin Mathias
- Had 13 points, seven rebounds, six assists in a career-high 40 minutes
- The six assists matched a career high
- Collected double-digit scoring for the third straight game
Freshman Jade Williams
- Made her fifth straight start
- Had six points, three rebounds, two assists and two blocks
Sophomore Leaonna Odom
- Came off the bench to total seven points and four rebounds in 25 minutes
Other Duke Notes
- Snapped a streak of 23 straight wins when scoring 70 points or more
- Dropped to 14-3 under Coach P when scoring 80 or more points
- Allowed 90 points for the first time since Nov. 15, 2009 at Texas A&M (77-95). Only allowed 90+ points under Coach P for the fourth time at Duke
- Most points allowed by Duke to UNC since Feb. 4, 2008 in Durham (93-76)
- Hit 59.3 percent from the field in the first half as a team
- UNC went on a 14-0 run to close first half and into second half. Duke held as big of lead as 19 in first half.
- As a team, hit only 15-of-23 free throws and missed five in the fourth quarter
- Registered a season-high 26 turnovers on the day, which is the most since the Miami game (22) and only fourth time this season with 20+ turnovers. Had eight turnovers in the third period.
- Played its first overtime game of the season. Last overtime game was on Jan. 25, 2015 as Duke defeated UNC, 74-67, in Durham, N.C.
- Allowed back-to-back games of over 70 points for the first time this season. Only third time this year Duke has allowed 70+ points
- Snapped a five-game streak of getting outrebounded as Duke held a 41-27 advantage
- Will return home to host Boston College Thursday, Jan. 25 at 7 p.m. The contest will be aired live on ACC Network Extra.
