DURHAM, N.C. - For the sixth consecutive year, Duke's David Cutcliffe and Mike Krzyzewski have been named Athlon Sports' top football and men's basketball coaching duo in the ACC. Duke took over the top position in February of 2013, following the football team's Belk Bowl trip, and has been in the No. 1 slot in every ranking since.
Every year, Athlon Sports ranks the coaching tandems from each Power 5 league. A variety of factors are considered for the rankings with attempt to value balance between the two sports as the top priority. North Carolina and Duke are the only programs to have a place in the top five in the ACC in each of the last five years.
