Duke Ranked No. 31 in NCBWA Preseason Poll

DURHAM, N.C. – Ten days shy of the 2018 season opener, Duke appeared in its third preseason poll, landing at No. 31 on the National Baseball Writers Association list.

In addition to the 2018 NCBWA Preseason Poll, the Blue Devils start the season at No. 20 in the Perfect Game preseason rankings and No. 25 on D1Baseball's list.

Duke is one of eight ACC teams ranked by the NCBWA, joining No. 4 Florida State, No. 7 North Carolina, No. 14 Louisville, No. 18 Virginia, No. 19 Clemson, No. 26 Miami and No. 28 NC State.

No. 31 Duke opens the 2018 campaign with a three-game road series at No. 15 Vanderbilt Feb. 16-18 in Nashville, Tenn.
