DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke volleyball team (10-13, 3-7 ACC) will hit the road for a pair of ACC matchups at Virginia (9-14, 1-9 ACC) and No. 2 Pitt (21-1, 10-0 ACC).
The Blue Devils will take on the Cavaliers Friday, Nov. 1 at 6:30 p.m., before traveling to Pittsburgh for a noon match against the nationally-ranked Panthers. Friday's contest will be on ACCNX before Sunday's RSN broadcast.
The Blue Devils swept Wake Forest 3-0 (25-14, 25-17, 25-22) in midweek action in Cameron Indoor Stadium before going on to defeat Virginia Tech 3-1 (25-12, 23-25, 25-18, 25-17) Friday evening.

Virginia enters the weekend 9-14 overall and 1-9 in the ACC and has lost eight straight. Most recently, Virginia was swept on the road at Louisville and Notre Dame.
The Cavaliers are led offensively by Jelena Novakovic (212 kills) and Sarah Billiard (206 kills) while setters Megan Wilson (421) and Maddie Boylston (313) have split time dishing assists. For the season, Virginia is hitting .203 percent and has accumulated 174.5 total blocks.
Pitt has carried its 2018 ACC dominance into 2019 and is 21-1 overall, 10-0 in the conference and is ranked No. 2 in the nation. The Panthers' lone loss this season came to then No. 4 Penn State in five sets.
The Panthers sit atop the ACC leaderboard in three categories (opponent hitting percentage, .139, assists, 1007 and kills, 1089) and are second in hitting percentage (.270). Offensively, the Panthers are led by Kayla Lund (268 kills) while setter Lexis Akeo has dished 789 assists, which ranks second in the ACC.
