DURHAM, N.C.—The NCAA released its final set of coaches' panel and rankings and RPI ratings as well as the conference tournament allocations for the 2019 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships as the Blue Devils make final preparations for postseason action.
Five Blue Devils are ranked in the latest RPI and four in the coaches' rankings, while the ACC earned 37 automatic allocations for the NCAA Championships. The ACC Championship will be held March 9 in Blacksburg, Va.
Redshirt senior Mitch Finesilver headlines the list of Blue Devils with the No. 2 RPI and No. 4 ranking by the coaches. Coming off of a win over then-No. 4 Austin O'Connor of North Carolina, Mitch Finesilver will be the likely No. 1 seed in the ACC Championship at 149 pounds – in which the ACC received four automatic bids.
