Boonchant Among 20 Golfers on ANNIKA Award List

DURHAM, N.C. – Duke University women's golf sophomore Jaravee Boonchant has been named one of 20 golfers on the latest ANNIKA Award Watch List that was recently released.
Boonchant, who hails from Bangkok, Thailand, is currently ranked No. 6 in the latest Golfweek Individual listing. She is coming off turning in a season-best fourth place finish at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate with rounds of 72, 70 and 70 for a one-under-par, 212. Boonchant owns five top 11 finishes out of six tournaments in 2018-19, while collecting a team-best 71.94 stroke average on the season.
A 2018 Golfweek All-America, Boonchant has registered 11 rounds of even or under par on the season and owns 10 top 10 finishes in her short career.
Duke will next compete in the Evans Derby Experience March 23-25 in Auburn, Ala.
