Accessibility Accommodations Information
Please find below a list of disability services currently provided at Ambler Tennis Stadium. Prior to match day, please feel free to reach out to our disabilities coordinators at 919-668-1329 to help make arrangements for your visit or if you have any special needs, questions or concerns regarding our accessibility and accommodations.
Alcohol
It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into Ambler Tennis Stadium. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.
ATM
There are no ATMs inside Ambler Tennis Stadium. The BB&T ATM is located outside of the Johnson Family Team Store on Tribull Plaza, across from Cameron Indoor Stadium and is accessible 24-7. The ATM only dispenses cash ($20 increments) and does not take deposits.
Bag Policy
Purses, small bags, strollers, and backpacks are permitted. Duffel bags and large bags greater than 14” x 14” x 8” are not permitted (reasonable exceptions may be medical or childcare reasons). All bags and personal items are subject to search by Event Staff upon entry.
Duke University reserves the right to deny anyone or anything from entering the stadium. Any such items should be returned to your vehicle and/or discarded.
For the safety of all in attendance, bags/items are not permitted to be left unattended outside of Ambler Tennis Stadium. Unattended items found outside the stadium will be disposed of or dealt with in in a manner deemed appropriate by stadium officials. Duke University, Duke Athletics, and the NCAA are not responsible for loss of any unattended items.
Banners and Signs
Banners and Signs are permitted inside Ambler Tennis Stadium, however the NCAA and Duke reserves the right to prohibit or require the cessation of any display of a banner or sign that obstructs the view of other fans, obscures stadium signage, can be considered an advertisement, or is determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate, or derogatory.
Camera Policy
No video cameras permitted at any NCAA Events.
Concessions
Concessions will be sold from a tent outside of Ambler Tennis Stadium behind court 5.
Conduct
Duke Athletics and The NCAA expects all fans to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times before, during, and after the competition. We expect all fans to treat other fans, players, coaches, and officials with courtesy. Please join us in creating a fun, safe, family atmosphere at Ambler Tennis Stadium by not:
Guests are reminded that in tennis, spectator behavior can have a direct impact on the match as point penalties are assessed to the players for inappropriate actions in the stands. Cheering with the intent to abuse or distract opponents is not acceptable.
Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest. Guests should contact the Match Manager in the seating area behind Court 1 if they feel someone is not acting appropriately.

First Aid/Emergency Medical Assistance
In case of emergency, contact any Duke Athletics staff or call Duke Police at (919) 684-2444.
Food and Beverage
Outside food and beverage are permitted inside Ambler Tennis Stadium. Please throw away trash and recycling in the appropriate receptacles.
Gates (Entrance into stadium)
All gates to Ambler Tennis Stadium will open one (1) hour prior to the start of the match.
Media
All media and photographers should contact Sarah Leggett at sl459@duke.edu prior to the championship for credentials.
Media Will Call for the NCAA Tennis Championships is located at the Ambler Tennis Stadium main entrance tent on the backside of the grandstand.
Lost and Found
If any article is lost or found in the stadium, please inquire about or report the item to any Duke Athletics staff. All lost and found items not picked up prior to the end of the match will be available for pick-up the following business day by calling 919-668-5658 or email duaa-gameops@duke.edu. Unclaimed lost and found items will be retained for thirty (30) days following the event. After that time, any unclaimed items will be discarded.
Merchandise
Official NCAA Championship Apparel will be sold from a tent outside of Ambler Tennis Stadium behind court 5.

Parking and Traffic Information
Ambler Tennis Stadium Facility and Parking Map
Guests are asked to follow the directions of the parking attendants at all times. Vehicles parked in unmarked spaces, on landscaped areas, or in the marked “IM Permits Only” parking area are subject to being ticketed and towed.
Pets
All pets (including dogs) are prohibited inside Ambler Tennis Stadium. (Exception: Service animals are permitted to assist those with disabilities).
Programs
Match programs are available for free on a first come, first serve basis in the seating area behind Court 1.

Restrooms
Men's and Women's Accessible Restrooms are located under the raised seating area. Restroom will be gender neutral
Seating
Spectator seating is located in the elevated seating above all courts. All seating is first-come, first-serve. Accessible seating is located under the trees alongside Court #5.
Smoking (including electronic or vapor) is not allowed in the Ambler Tennis Stadium. Smoking is permitted outside of the venue.
Tickets
All matches of the NCAA Tennis Championship are ticketed events. Tickets will be sold for round of the championship at the Ambler Tennis Stadium main entrance tent on the backside of the grandstand. For more information, please call the Duke Ticket Office at 1-877-375-3853 or 919-681-2583.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas are permitted at Ambler Tennis Stadium. For the courtesy and safety of all fans, we ask that fans use caution when raising umbrellas and do not obstruct the view of other fans or staff.
Video Camera Policy
Video cameras are not permitted inside Ambler Tennis Stadium. All championship video footage rights are the property of the NCAA.
Will Call Information
All guests picking up tickets at will call locations must present a valid, state-issued, photo driver's license or identification card. By NCAA rule, all guests picking up Player Guest tickets must provide valid identification, sign for their ticket, and immediately enter the stadium.
