Get to know Victor Dimukeje:
Q: What is your major and why are you passionate about it? VD: Evolutionary anthropology. I want to do something related to the medical field.
Q:Â What is the significance of wearing No. 51? VD:Â I like it. It's different but I feel like I can play linebacker too so it's special.
Q:Â What is your favorite home cooked meal? VD:Â Fried Chicken.
Q: If you were stranded on an island, what teammate would you want with you? VD: Derrick Tangelo. We are going to be lost, nervous and scared but he is going to keep me laughing so I will forget about it.
Q: What is your favorite Duke football memory? VD: Against Georgia Tech my freshman year on my birthday, I returned a pick for 20 yards. The same game I picked up a blocked field goal and got tackled but to just pick up the ball two times I felt like a running back that game.
Q: If you went on the Amazing Race, what coach would you want as your teammate? VD: Coach [Lanier] Goethie. I see him jogging after practice and it looks like he still got it.
Q: If you could live anywhere in the world where would you live? VD: Nigeria. That is home for me.
Q: What is your dream vacation? VD: Jamaica or somewhere in the Caribbean.
