Brinker to Compete in Golfweek Carolina Amateur

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Duke University freshman Phoebe Brinker is set to compete in the Golfweek Carolina Country Club Amateur Nov. 1-3, which will be contested at The Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, S.C.
The event will feature 54 holes contested over three days and limited to 33 golfers.
Brinker, who hails from Wilmington, Del., is coming off finishing in a tie for sixth at the Grandover Resort Women's Griffin Amateur earlier this month.
She will tee off Sunday beginning at 8:33 a.m., off hole No. 1 in the first round.
